I had questions before my purchase and they were all answered. The phone was shipped around 10days after purchase and arrived around 18 to 20 days after. Considering shipping was not that cheap it took a bit to arrive but anyways it arrived and I'm happy with my purchase the only downside was that the case that came in the box with the phone was not compatible I sent them and they once again replied but seemed that the partly unmatching case was a mistake from the factory. I bought an Oppo Find N3 Flip. The purchase was flawless and so was the delivery. I was disappointed though that the charger for the mobile was not European, even though I bought the Global version from the EU site. It was not mentioned on the site.
I've made two large purchases on ETOREN, and overall, everything went smoothly. The orders were shipped via DHL and arrived very quickly.
One order took longer since, apparently, one item didn't arrive in their warehouse (I reached out to their support and they responded briefly). But once shipped it arrived quickly.
One strange thing is the extra "shipping insurance" which supposedly promises a replacement device if one arrives defective. I paid 60$ in additional to shipping for this out of concern that they would give me trouble if an item arrives defective. This is an unusual practice, especially since shipping is expensive and provided by DHL.
I ordered a Sony camera and it was provided to me at the expected time in excellent condition. I was able to trace the purchased item through the hole process.
A couple of weeks after I made the order, the package was received.
