ETOREN

It’s Very Good👍

Good products, nice staff, but late delivery

This is my second time ordering from Etoren. They have nice products, easy to order. So far I bought blackview products. 1 tablet and 2 cell phones and they are all great. But each delivery was very late, and we were not updated that our order will be later than written on our deliver estimation. For example the estimate was for 10-25 September, when it actually arrived mid October. So if you are buying for a gift, order early and send them an email to confirm est delivery date. The team is very polite and quick to respond, which is great.

Think before you buy!

What made the experience great? What is this company doing well? Remember to be honest, helpful, and constructive! Your review must be at least 10 characters long. The watch band is currently great. The constructor is quite stupid when it comes to the mechanism to open the bracelet.

EXCELLENT!

Prompt delivery! Professionally packaged and item arrived in excellent condition!

One star less because the charger was chinese type

One star less because the charger was chinese type not european. All the other matters (condition of package and time of delivery) were OK. If you can send me a charger of european type, i will give you back and the last star.

Everything happened to be as promised

Everything happened to be as promised. Delivery was in time and no additional taxes have been claimed. My first Impression of the Smartphone is very good. The software meets international standards including all Google facilities, which rather I intend to avoid, but this is my personal approach.

Good but slow

Pos: Fast answer when asking online questions and they try to help you as they can. Device was delivered without any issue Neg: The delivery takes a longer time in compare with other companies.

Oppo Find N3 Global version to UK

Satisfying UX from an e-commerce perspective. I Emailed customer support the day before the earliest expected delivery date as I had no Comms. Response was first thing as they came online during their work hours confirming the order had been dispatched with a tracking number. Order arrived the next working day
