Motorola Razr 60

Got a motorola razor 60 from here with a good deal. Customer service was quick to respond to my queries about the global version, which prompted me to buy it from here. Works fine with Google play store, singpass etc, and has all the languages (not just English and Mandarin. Phone was delivered in less than a week, which is around 1.5weeks earlier than the estimated delivery. Using the phone for a week now and works great so far. I'm typing this review from the new phone. Thank you Etoren!

Good Product Terrible Service

Since you Tried to explain the circumstances, here's my side of the story. Delivery arrived within the stated timeframe, however, the flow of information and the status updates are extremely unclear. Furthermore, inquiries regarding the order receive no response. Even after receiving a DHL tracking link via SMS, it seems as though Etoren and the supplier are barely communicating, and no one is following up with the supplier on behalf of the customer. Products 👍 Service 👎 Also they try deleting negativ rewievs and if that doesnt work only then they reply to the rewiev. Dear Paul Steiner, We were very concerned of the harsh comment you have left for our store and have conducted a review of this incident. The estimated delivery window for your order is 11nov - 24nov and you received your delivery on 21nov. "completely dismissive responses are given, that customers are lied to, and that there are such extremely long waiting times, all because you're too lazy." "Dont have a nice day and pls think about how you treat your customers." We have reviewed the incident thoroughly and are relieved to inform you that your comments on our support team are unfounded at this point. The misunderstanding occurred when our customer support did not correctly confirm that the SMS/tracking number you quoted is actually the parcel we sent. The SMS is sent from DHL and not our store, as such our customer support did not understand your comments well at first. At the same time, the DHL number you provided is different from the DHL piece ID we elected to use for tracking. Our team has replied to all your mails within 1 business day, there are no lying, nothing to lie about and they have certainly put their best effort to attend to our customers, not lazy at all. We identified the gap in information and have strengthened our internal process and training based on this incident to ensure this does not happen in future. Our team are not perfect, we will improve and we pray for a kinder humankind.

I bought the Paris Hilton limited…

I bought the Paris Hilton limited edition Motorola RAZR+. I live in the UK and this phone is not available here. It was only sold through Motorola USA. I messaged them and they said they had no plans to sell in the UK. All eBay sellers only ship to others in the US and it was always missing acessores anyway. Etoren was the only site selling here. I was terrified at first as it took ten days and still no updates so I kept emailing them as they also don't advertise on there site they don't have all the phones in stock and they have to source them before shipping. If I had not emailed them I'm not sure if they'd have sent me a photo of the package and updates and for the high value of the phone, it was worrying. Never the less they sent it well before the shipping date and went to an effort to get it for me hence the high stars as not for them I'd still be searching. My only complaint is I was a first time buyer and had no idea you don't always have the phone and it can take weeks to source. Regardless despite all my worried and frustrated emails I can't thank you enough for getting me the phone I've dreamed of. I will say the tracking still shows as not sent on the site and I got it about 15 days after purchasing and 3 days I think after they sent me a photo of the parcel. Shockingly I didn't have to pay any customs fees like everyone said. Thanks so much etoren. I'm sorry for all the emails but it was extremely worrying not knowing your process and how hard this phone is to get here I didn't believe you could source it. I just hope the phone stays working okay but yes they aren't scammers they just don't advertise how they work quite well. Also mortorola USA suck and I got the phone in the UK so yeah sucks Motorola I even offered you extra but you clearly didn't want the money but someone else did.
