Many people find the digital delivery instant and appreciate the helpful guidance when needing a quick connection for their trips. Some reviewers were not happy with customer support, mentioning that getting a reply via WhatsApp took too long or sometimes went completely unanswered. A few travelers also experienced occasional technical delays or unexpected issues when trying to get their mobile data plans working properly right away.

Sim does not work, followed all instructions to the letter. Using an unlocked at purchase iPhone 16 pro. No support via WhatsApp. Total waste of time and money, avoid this sham outfit and save your money What little “support” they offer via WhatsApp is a farce and takes forever, they are currently allegedly “checking with the network operator and to allow some time”. Won’t process a refund, won’t offer a solution. SCAM
Hello Sam Redmore, Apologies for the trouble you faced. We request you to kindly send your order number. We will check and connect wtih you to provide the resolution. Update: We request you to kindly share your order number or registered email id. Thank you Thank you Team eTravelSIM
Constant disconnection. I was forced to ask a shared connection to be able to be contacted from work. Support tried to help but nothing resolved. Even after a lot of exchange, the support was robotic and repetitive. After spending almost 100€ in 2 weeks with them, no refund for the times that I’ve had issues.
Dear Luis Santos, Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We are working on the complaint you reported and will connect with you with the best possible solution. Thanks, Team eTravelSIM
