I had an item I ordered go out of stock. Customer service contacted me right away to choose a replacement item. Customer service was very nice and answered my email promptly. this is my second order from them and have had no issues with shipping or getting my items in a timely manner.

I wanted to upload 4 photos for family…

I wanted to upload 4 photos for family members that lost their pets and I was unable to do it. I contacted customer service and the link was closed for vacation. They opened the link just for me. I was supper happy. Then I got 2 of my photos uploaded and the other 2 would not go. I sent another email and uploaded my photos directly to them. I gave them credit card info and all is good. Their customer service is above a 5. They are a 100 in my book. The paintings are so real that they look like the real photos.
