It took way too long to ship my things from your factory. I ordered in November and they just shipped. I will not get them in time for Christmas, and they are Christmas presents. :-(( I remember the last time I ordered, it took about a month to get here AFTER they had left your store.
I recommend this company to everyone. I had an issue with the size of a picture being made due to my own fault and they let me know right away that it needed to be a bigger size which way to big for me to do (60x50) so I needed to cancel the order and I got my refund the very next day, but they did try to help me and they answer The very next day due to the time zone, but I love this company. Their prices are good and as I said, I would refer them to everyone.

Not only are the projects to quality - believe it or not, but doing these is excellent therapy - I was diagnosed with "frozen shoulder" and was to keep it moving! I ordered an item that was out of stock. The support team let me know this and ask me to select an alternative item. I did so and they promptly replied letting me know they would send my replacement.
