Your results were quite consistent, as you were able to generate EGNs; unfortunately an important part of the measurements exceeded the limitations of our try-on glasses, as listed alongside the item in our store. Nonetheless, there should have been a notification during the checkout process - our web team has been notified of this error. If you wish to return the unit and it is still within the 30-day return window, please submit an RMA request via your order in your EyeQue account. If you purchased thru Amazon, please initiate the return thru their platform.
