Thank you for your review. One of our support agents had reached out to you last month, but did not hear back. You are correct, that a refund was offered to our backers if they no longer wanted to wait. We felt this was the responsible thing to do. However, one of the other options in the survey was to receive the current VisionCheck device in lieu of the VisionCheck2 (or if you purchased a Vision Monitoring Kit 2, we could ship a Vision Monitoring Kit instead), and a partial refund. If you would like to take advantage of that option, please respond to the refund survey accordingly. You can also contact our support team with any additional questions.

Hi William! Thank you for your review - I'd say you hit the nail on the head with your comment about how it takes patience to generate reliable measurements. Instant gratification would be great, but rushing through the tests would not result in the most accurate correction. Hello Jacques, I'm sorry to learn that you did not feel your question was answered. EyeQue is now offering end-to-end vision service, where you can use the Personal Vision Tracker or VisionCheck for generating refractive measurements, then consult with an Optometrist to obtain a prescription for glasses. Hello Annette, I'm sorry we were not able to respond in a timely manner. In the auto responses sent out upon receipt of any incoming emails, we did give notice that our team was away attending CES in Las Vegas, and that there would be delays in responses. Now that we have returned to the office, we will be answering all emails accordingly. Apologies for the inconvenience.
