What a great folding ebike! The bike is well built and comes almost ready to ride. Paint work is fabulous being metallic blue/purple depending how the light hits it. Can thoroughly recommend this bike.

I bought a f20 mate hs and I am very satisfayed with the performance. Only the cable extension for the lamp was wrong and not fitting. To receive the right one is extremely time consuming. Also to use it regularly a 2nd battery is needed due to rather long charging time. Basically a good Ebike for a reasonable price.

My Fafrees bicycle developed a clicking noise after 500 miles. It turned out to be the bottom crank bearing. From start to finish I dealt with Cici who was most helpful and they trusted my everyword and sents the parts to repair it. I love the bike and would recomend it to friends and family. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Once they sell you a bike, Goodluck in any help or support...or REFUND! my bike is sent back and no refund...they keep ignoring my emails and now i have to go thru my bank to recover my funds! STAY AWAY!
Fafrees FF20 CUV
I purchased a Fafrees FF20 CUV through AliExpress. When it arrived, the control unit was locked, preventing pedal assistance above 10 km/h, which effectively rendered it unusable. The seller was unable to provide me with adequate support. When I contacted support at fafreesebike.com, I received assistance from Cici. With great courtesy, politeness, promptness, and expertise, she was able to resolve my issue. I give her a 10/10. The bike is truly well-made, and I’m very happy with my purchase!
Perfect in everyway
Rapid delivery, very well packaged, friendly and helpful driver. The trike is perfect and very well made, I would recommend it to anyone, it has a quality way beyond the price. The after sales help is very impressive, they helped me out with a minor technical issue (finger trouble!!!) in quick time and checked up to make sure I had managed to sort the problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5STARS
Incompetent and untrustworthy
These guys are both devious and incompetent. They email you to tell you bike is shipped, then later,after incoherent shipping updates, that it wasn't and can't commit to when. They then cancelled my order without refunding me. Then they refund me at my request, but refuse to refund the shipping insurance for a bike they didn't ship. Then I notice they have transferred their UK stock to sell on the EU website (by their open admission) and out the price up by c€17O in doing so. Absolute cowboys and crooks in my opinion. I am reporting them via my credit card issuer to their card acquirer so as to try and protect others from their deviant practices.

Cici was so helpful with my order and kept me up to date with the status of the delivery. Cici made it very easy to place my order and it was done quite quickly. Highly recomend using the service if parts are required.
The build quality is excellent
The build quality is excellent, with the F20 Mate HS I bought very solid and it looks great. Many great features such as indicators, rear view mirrors and folding up were great. Delivery was quick, on time and delivered in a good state. The additional items (bike cover, lock and tools etc) were very good . Only two minor issues - as usual, the user guide is hopeless (doesn't tell you how to change the settings, and I have to resort to Youtube to work out how to set Walking mode). The "installation" parts of the manual are reasonably well set out (BEWARE ! folding/unfolding the bike is difficult due to it's weight) Also, I am a bit miffed with the size of the extra-large rear basket. The size of this item is not listed anywhere on the web page, and it is a LOT wider than the width of the bike. I have very limited space to get the bike out of it's storage area - with the extra-large basket the bike won't fit. It's now a waste of money as I can't use it. You MUST make sure the tires are inflated to the correct pressure (it's on the side of each tire) so the bike is level when ridden. I found the switch from two wheeled bikes to the trike difficult at first - you can't lean with your body to turn the bike. Youtube videos help with tips on this.

Absolutely love the bike, really nice and fun to ride, brilliant battery charge, needed a new pedal assist sensor, got in touch with customer support needs to be looked at, very very slow if they respond at all, but getting in touch with them on fb messenger, the person on the other end was absolutely brilliant, took one star off for customer support

Until now i have nothing bad to say, but i am only in the 3rd week. Riding my Ff20 polar is fun and and the moment it seems to be a very stable bike. Delivery worked flawless as well
