Thank you so much for your lovely feedback 💙 We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that you’ve finally found your perfect jeans with us! It means a lot to know that Fitjeans could be part of your “happy end” after such a long search 😊 Thank you for sharing your experience and for your kind words, we truly appreciate it. Thank you for your feedback 💙 We’re sorry to hear that the jeans ended up being too large for you. Because our fabrics are very stretchy and the fit can vary depending on body shape and style, we always recommend following our size guide carefully, with the waist measurement being the most important factor when choosing a size. We completely understand that it can be disappointing when a different size is needed. Unfortunately, we’re not able to cover the shipping costs associated with returns and replacements, which is why exchanges are processed through a return and new order rather than a direct swap. We truly appreciate your understanding and your feedback, and we hope you’ll find your perfect FITJEANS fit in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback 💙 We’re happy to hear that you found the ordering process easy and that you liked the soft fabric of the shorts. However, we’re sorry to hear that the fit wasn’t what you were hoping for. We understand that different body types can experience our styles differently, and we appreciate your comments regarding both the jagged hem and the overall fit. While many customers love the relaxed look, we completely understand that it may not feel as flattering as expected, especially for a more athletic build. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product team as we continue developing and improving future collections. Thank you again for giving us a try!

That's amazing to hear, Cristi! Thank you so much for your review 💙

Thank you so much for this wonderful review 💙 We’re so happy to hear that you love the fit, quality, and comfort of your jeans! And we couldn’t agree more, focusing on your waist measurement is often the key to finding the perfect size and avoiding the dreaded waist gap. It’s amazing to hear that our size guide helped you nail your fit on the first try. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We're so happy to hear that you love your jeans, but we're sorry to hear that the shorts didn't fit as expected. We understand your concerns regarding sizing. We can confirm that the models do wear the sizes listed on our website, including size S where stated. However, fit can vary depending on body shape, proportions, and the specific style, which can sometimes make it difficult to compare your own fit to what you see on a model. We truly appreciate your feedback and are always looking at ways to make our sizing information even more helpful for customers. We're also sorry to hear about your experience with the return process. We understand that locating a designated DHL parcel shop can be inconvenient, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Feedback like this helps us evaluate how we can improve the return experience for our customers in different countries. Thank you again for your honest review and for your continued support!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review 💙 We’re thrilled to hear that you love the jeans and find them so comfortable! We know how challenging it can be to find jeans that fit well when you lift weights, so hearing that they fit you perfectly means the world to us. We’re also delighted that you had a great experience with our delivery service and that you’re happy with the quality of the jeans!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that the jeans did not meet your expectations. We understand that fabric preferences can vary, and we’re disappointed to hear that the material felt too thin for your liking. We also appreciate your comments regarding the back pocket placement. Details like these can have a big impact on how the jeans look and feel, and your feedback is incredibly valuable to us as we continue improving our products. Thank you again for your honesty and for giving FITJEANS a try!

We are so happy to hear that, Jocelyn! Thank you so much for your review 😍

Thank you so much for this lovely review! We’re absolutely thrilled to hear that the jeans fit perfectly and that you’re loving the comfort and stretch. And hearing that the Petite length is perfect for your height makes us so happy! We know how important it is to have options that actually fit properly without needing alterations, so it’s amazing to hear that our Petite length have been a hit. Thank you for your support, and we love that you’re absolutely obsessed 😍

Thank you so much for this amazing review! We absolutely love hearing that FITJEANS are the first jeans that truly fit. And yes, the stretch really is something special! 😍 We also appreciate your request for more Tall length options. Feedback like this helps us understand what our customers want most, and we’d love to continue expanding more colors and styles across all length options in the future.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for coming back for a second pair of FITJEANS 💙 We’re thrilled to hear that our jeans are the only ones you’ve found that are both comfortable and flattering for your athletic, curvy body shape. That means so much to us! We also really appreciate your honest feedback regarding the fit of different styles. Since body proportions can vary so much from person to person, styles like our Flared and Baggy jeans can sometimes look quite different in real life compared to how they appear on our models. We completely understand how that can lead to different expectations, especially when you're hoping for a more dramatic flare or a looser baggy fit. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and we’ll be sure to share it with our product and content teams as we continue working to improve both our fit descriptions and product imagery. Thank you again for your support, and we’re so happy that despite the differences in appearance, you’ve still found FITJEANS that work for you!

That's exactly our goal, Emma! Thank you so much for your lovely review 💙
