When I received the hats they were all squished and couldn’t get them back in shape even with steam and the steam expand the size of the hat and now they are to big. Pretty disappointed about the result. I do not recommend ordering hats from them since they don’t pack them properly.

Hats were good, but shipping was just in a bag and I had to reform the hats a bit to get in proper shape. They had some wrinkles on the face of the hat. disappointed in the packaging
