Order with plenty of time before you need it as it ships from somewhere in the middle of Asia. Apart from that the bow tie handkerchief and pin 3 piece set I got was very high quality and I guarantee customer satisfaction with the materials. Everything felt very high quality and buying just the bow tie at a store near me would run me atleast the 30$ total of all 3. Cheap yet high quality.

Floraltrip is using a shipping company that wont deliver to my house
I input my address for my order. I live in a rural area minutes outside of a major City. I explained during my order checkout that I live in a rural area. FloralTrip was happy to take my money and ship my merchandise, but shipped it with UniUni Express. UniUni tracking states "Address is outside our delivery area , contact courier to delivery or the package will be sent back to the supplier". I attempt to contact UniUni and the number has been disconnected. Well it would have been nice to know that Floraltrip is using a company that wont deliver to my house, before I ordered!
Floral trip needs to do better to make sure that if they are offering shipping to my house, Floraltrip needs to make sure the shipping company that they are using will actually ship it to the purchasers address. My advice don't buy anything from suppliers that use UniUni Express!.

The company's turn around time was prompt. I received an update and an invitation to call them if I had additional questions every morning). Although I ordered the wrong size belts (they instructed me on how to take the measurement accurately); Ordering the wrong size belts made the wait time longer, however, when I did received the belts, I was completely satisfied.

I recently ordered a variety of cufflinks, bow ties, neck ties, brooches and pins to take on a cruise. I was anxious that it would all arrive on time to take with me and emailed to tell them this. I ordered a nice looking belt from this company and shipping took longer than expected but it eventually arrived. I should have known something was weird when the smallest size they sold was 40" but I figured hey it will surely fit because I am 36". I get the belt and for some insanely absurd reason they sell their product measured tip to tip, not how it would ever actually fit on a person. I cannot imagine why they chose to use a measurement different from the rest of the worldwide clothing industry but it has knowingly caused problems with other customers as you will see in reviews on this same site.
When I brought this to their attention and asked for a return or accurate replacement they tried to extort more money out of me like this was my fault, and also attempted to coerce a 5 star review. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company and I am now leaving an accurate review. Please do NOT do business with this company as they are not customer friendly.
Edit: The company is lying in their own response, they have my ordered number as they CONTACTED ME AGAIN after seeing this review asked me to take down in exchange for a refund.
They had two weeks worth of emails back and forth to make this right beforehand and only after I wrote this public review did they. If they wanted to do better they would fess up to the problem, correct their sizing issue that myself and other have complained about and not outright lie in their review responses.

This company is an uncooperative and unbelievable fraud. I ordered a belt buckle bundle and it was disgustingly poor quality for $70 and I was severely dissatisfied. I reached out to them and asked for a return but they refused and instead offered a $20 refund, which I accepted. It has been a week now and I have not received anything. Do not buy from this company; it is pure garbage.

I received such high quality products and customer service experience!! I purchased 2 of the belt knife skull accessories and was so amazed by one of the item’s quality. However, the second one which had a little gem was no where close to how great it was with the other one without the gem. The one with the gem even broke after using it 2-3 times.
