Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the fantastic quality of the products, noting that the keycaps, switches, and custom designs always look clear, crisp, and wonderful. People also mention that the support team and creative designers are extremely helpful, very patient, and quick to resolve any custom requests.
However, some reviewers noted that delivery and shipping times can sometimes be quite long since packages are shipped from overseas locations. A few other people also felt that they faced occasional minor issues with incorrect item colors or design alignment during their custom orders.
Great Product! Really happy how everything turned out. The support was very quick with their answers and I will definitely reach out once I have new ideas for other keyboards. The keycaps themselves are good quality and the prints are too. Overall would highly recommend.

Prettiest keyboard ever! Btw, they're support team was very helpful and even went out of her way to correct some of the stuff i've chaged my mind about. Thanks Rose!
Service, delivery and product arr all perfect eith maybe one nitpick though, gradients that are not strong colored, dark tone or bit weak usually don't print all thr way when mixed with dark colors so i think that should be improved, other than that, all perfect!
Colors looked great and very happy with the quality. Shipping/production speed has varied between my orders so make sure you order early if you need products at a certain date, but it is very worth the wait.

Design team communicated very well with my design and helped me again after coloration was off which they sent new ones at no cost. Quality of the keycaps are really good and are actually thicker than GMK keys being 1.4mm in thickness.
