Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers truly love the fantastic quality of the products, noting that the keycaps, switches, and custom designs always look clear, crisp, and wonderful. People also mention that the support team and creative designers are extremely helpful, very patient, and quick to resolve any custom requests.
However, some reviewers noted that delivery and shipping times can sometimes be quite long since packages are shipped from overseas locations. A few other people also felt that they faced occasional minor issues with incorrect item colors or design alignment during their custom orders.
Goblintechkeys made my dream keycap set a reality. From the outset, they were positive and had a "can do" attitude. They had no problems with my unusual design request, and were patient through the revision process. The keys arrived and are high quality, beautiful, and exactly as I specified (but care is needed when specifying colour, don't just rely on your monitor!) Even after the product was shipped, they continued to answer my questions. This was truly an exceptionally good purchase experience. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I ordered custom keycaps with QWERTZ layout. Delivery was perfect, quality as well.
Enthusiastic and friendly staff.
The keys were delivered in a very nice treasure chest and all modifier keys in different lenghts.
With my ISO keycaps I even received additional keycaps so I can use ANSI barebones!
TEN STARS!!!! **********

Amazing quality on the custom desk mat! Colors are true to my design and it's nice and thick, with embroidered edges that aren't scratchy like some other brands.

Your positive feedback means a lot to us! We're delighted that you're happy with your purchase. Thank you for choosing us and for your support!
I have made a couple purchases from "Goblintechkeys" and have been happy with my experience so far! The switches I've ordered have arrived in great condition with protective packaging. The only thing that is not exceptional about my experience was a slight delay before the product shipped to me. I did not have an issue with the slower than average shipping, but I can see that being an issue for some customers.

From start to finish these guys were very responsive. The keyboard is quality one that I got specifically was a full custom and it has a wireless function which is what I was looking for in the first place.

So I will say the process took quite awhile to get the keycaps I ordered... that said its very hard to find companies willing to make 1 off fully custom keycaps in a reasonable timeframe.
I picked the colors I wanted with a color picker tool and used their designer to make what I wanted then ordered them. It's a bit of a leap of faith hoping that the end result will be true to what I input but I was very happy with the end result and my Tofu 2.0 looks much cleaner now plus I was able to get the language layout I wanted.
Definitely would purchase from them again, just know that its good to be patient as it took me about 6 weeks to receive my order.

Bought a TTKL's worth of switches, which got sent back due to an error by the postal service. GTK helped get my order turned around quickly and the new shipment arrived stupid fast. Props to the team for the great service and attention to getting my problem sorted quickly!

6/5 stars :) (GMK67 custom keyboard)
My keyboard looks and feels amazing, the quality is really high and Goblin Tech Keys were responsive and helpful to questions and requests. The design interface / ordering process also worked well and the final product is just how I wanted it. Also the keyboard is easy to set up.
Highly recommend!

Your review made us do a happy dance! We appreciate your kind words and look forward to serving you in the future.
Unfortunately my design was enlarged on the keycap I ordered. The design was supposed to be the size of a letter but it instead was enlarged and covered almost the entire keycap. Delivery said 2-3 weeks. It took around 5 1/2 weeks to deliver.
