the quality is pretty nice and accurate, I just wished I knew that the colors surrounding the image were gonna come out a lot darker than how it was seen on a computer. So if i were to come back I would make the colors a lot brighter

this was a pretty decent experience all around! after a lot of research, i decided to go with goblintech keys for my first "fancy" keyboard. i liked the idea of being able to buy a kit that had all the pieces, but i was still able to put everything together. i received my order in two separate packages. while the shipping was pretty quick for international shipping, they came about a week apart and i didn't know they were going to come separately, so it was a little confusing to receive they keyboard and the switches but not the keycaps until later. the packaging was lovely, they included a ton of cute stickers, everything came safely and without damage, and the product is decent quality for the cost. it was kind of a bummer because the switches were already installed on the board, so i didn't feel like i got the whole experience of putting it together that i wanted. i will say that the customer service was quick to respond and extremely polite every time i did reach out. i unfortunately had to email for the user manual, which would have been nice to have with the packaging so i could have access to all of the features of the keyboard (like knowing how to change the lights!) it would also have been nice to have a warning about the rainbow lights just in case you're someone who might have seizures or be affected by lights. finally, i do wish that the manual discussed the ways in which you could use/access the FN key as someone using a mac keyboard. aside from that, it was a good experience and i'm glad to have access to the keyboard! i will purchase from goblintech again

i lowered my review because they deleted my last review. but yes the key caps look good quality. but i do not use then because they took my design and did whatever they wanted. which ended up cutting off part of the image. delivery took a few weeks. they sent the caps thrown in a plastic bag. the sticker and the card where messed up like it was just thrown in. this is not what i expect for the money.

I was disappointed in the improper packaging of the keyboard in just a thin plastic envelope from overseas. The keyboard box had a puncture hole all the way through. I was charged $27.00 for shipping, and the merchandise was not properly protected.

I recently placed an order for a custom printed keycap from Goblintechkeys. The item shipped reasonably fast, and I was impressed with how sharp the dye-sublimation turned out. The edges of the keycap itself came a little warped due to the heat from the 5-side dye sublimation process. It's not warped enough to affect use, but some might be able to spot it at a glance. I'm personally fine with it and I liked the shopping experience enough to buy from Goblintechkeys again.

I thought the keys were going to be configured perfectly with my Mac keyboard, but it’s missing features on the actual keys to where I had to keep my original keyboard keys in order to know which one sets volume, etc. Additionally, the labeling on certain keys was unclear - ie, command. For the price I paid, I expected more.
