The customer service was fantastic. Initially, the keycaps I received didn’t look quite as similar to my design and some of the letters were misaligned so I messaged customer service to make them aware but I wasn’t expecting them to send me replacement keys. Super happy with the new key set! And amazing service from start to end!

They were very responsive, accommodating to all of my requests, and provided everything I asked for! I did not catch that some smaller features of one of my character art references was aligned between a few different keys (so the lips and nose are in a weird location). But overall it looks really good and I’m happy with my order.

However the set isn’t fully mac AZERTY compliant, as some keys don’t match really. It implies a little learning curve, it’s not at all unusable but keep in mind some discrepancies can happen.

They make good keycaps but please do not pick the option to get a pre-built with their stock keyboard. This keyboard has severe lag for the Bluetooth connection and stops working for a few minutes at random times.

The printing Quality was goob, but when i used a bigger Art for the board it didnt look well from above. Single Caps look great, but if you use a big Art for the whole board it doesnt work well.

Overall a good experience, but a few minor issues. One key's legend was incorrectly printed and another was on the wrong profile of keycap, but they created amended keycaps and sent them to me—though I had to pay for shipping again. Quality feels good, though color fidelity is a little off (their black is very blue)—this is something they warn you about so I give them credit for disclosure. It doesn't appear they honored the larger font I put on my number and function compared to standard and the print on my F5 key is rather significantly shifted left, but it's a manual process so minor aberrations are probably unavoidable. I would recommend them for graphical prints for sure—custom layout prints are a little dicier.

Some of the prints on my keycaps were shifted to the right, not sure if it was a qc error or what. The ctrl and alt pieces are slightly larger in size and is visibly larger in scale than the rest of the keys.

Customer service and ease of customisation was great, and the final print matched the design well, with only 1 or 2 printing errors throughout the set that are hardly visible. My only gripe was that the spacebar that was sent to me was not flat and thus sometimes falls off my keyboard.

The keycaps that fit on the keyboard, look & feel awesome, thats the reasoning for 2 stars instead of one. Other than that, it's super unfortunate that after waiting for international shipping, and recieving the keyboard with 8 of the key caps being the wrong size, I was told there was nothing to be done other than me to order new key caps of the "proper size". There is no way to check/input the keyboard model beforehand, so was I wrong to assume they would fit -

Good keycaps, the only thing is that they are maybe on the thinner side so I can see some of my backlight leds from my keys through the keycaps. They offer alternative keyboard legends which I really like as I have not seen a workman legend for nice keycaps before.

Well when i ordered the kraken key caps you sent me a hello kitty frog chrachter set of key caps. I then had to pay to ship it back. I was told i would be reimbused in the email but ive yet to see the shipping charges to send it back to you refunded to my card , nor have i recieved the kraken key caps. I am still currently waiting on the correct order since ordering on 5/11/23. The whole customer experiance was poor. If the company can deliver on the refund and sending me what i originally ordered this review may be different but at this point i would not recommend anyone to buy from this business.
The keyboard looks amazing, the Kakashi design is awesome, my only problem is there is no 10 key, so with that I can't use the keyboard bc I been a 10 key, the picture of the keyboard shows a 10 key, which is why I bought it but when I received it there is no 10 key so it is still sitting in the package not being used and don't know if it will even work bc no reason to try it out if I can't use it

The keyboard case came completely broken. There is a lack of protection to keep the product from being damaged during transit. Update: Goblintechkeys was eager to send a replacement to ensure I received my order before a certain time period. They were helpful, responsive and also willing to cover cost of shipping and customs for the replacement. Would definitely order again for future projects.

Order took a lil' to get going and coulda been communicated a tad better (though to be honest it coulda been the mail carriers fault - so no points off for that) Keycaps are cute and thocky - will purchase from here again!
