Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that most of your experience was positive, though we're sorry to hear about your disappointment with the Big Bus tour. We’re sorry that the service you received from the team at the bus terminal did not meet your expectations. We value feedback like this and will share your comments with our attraction partner to help improve the experience for future visitors. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your visit to The Edge and understand how frustrating pricing discrepancies can be. We take feedback about our attraction partners seriously and have shared your comments with the appropriate team for review. While Go City does not manage on-site pricing or retail operations at individual attractions, we expect all of our partners to provide a positive and transparent experience for our customers. If you're willing, please kindly contact us at [email protected] so we can investigate this matter further. Any additional details you can provide will help us review your experience with our partner. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Feedback like yours helps us monitor the quality of our partner network, and we'll continue working with our attraction partners to ensure they meet the standards our customers expect.
