Anna, Thank you for submitting this review. The minimum purchase quantities are set by the manufacturers and only pertain to the custom printed cups which would be branded with your company's logo. The double wall cups themselves (without the custom printing) are available in a case of just 1000 cups! I apologize if the custom printing minimums are too high for your business at this moment in time. The manufacturers have these policies in place because the process of printing on the cups involves them shutting down their entire production line in order to begin producing the custom order. I hope this can offer some clarity into why there are minimums set. We appreciate you taking the time to send this in. Best, Olivia

This was not a legitimate order but a likely credit card scam as it was flagged on numerous grounds from our third party security company. We made numerous attempts to contact the customer to get verification that they placed the order and received no responses. When we told them the order would be canceled, they didn't even ask for a refund, a common behavior of credit card scammers (though we did refund the card). The address on the order did not go to a legitimate retail business but a freight company.
