We're curious why you left such a poor rating given we fully refunded the entire order, sent you a new replacement case free-of-charge and then gave you a 20% coupon. I entirely understand providing details about the defective product is a nuisance so once we realized that was a problem for you, we did what we thought was best and fully refunded, replaced the case and supplied you with the coupon. Hi Maryam, Thanks a lot for taking the time to review Good Start. I apologize for any confusion that may have taken place at time of ordering. Good Start Packaging does do our best to clearly state on each item's page that "Lids are sold separately". We do that with a "Lids Sold Separately" icon under the SKU and pricing. You can view that here: https://www.goodstartpackaging.com/fiber-tray-20-oz-8-8-x-6-8-x-1-7-400-count/ We also display that the lids are sold separately in the product description on each page, and list your lid options there. Given there are different styles of lids, coupled with the fact that some clients don't need the lids, we, like most suppliers, sell these separately. As for returning them, we can certainly take these back and waive the restock fee given it was a communication miscue and your first time ordering these. I do want to mention that our restocking fee is clearly listed in our Return Policy (https://www.goodstartpackaging.com/shipping-and-returns/). The only reason for this fee is so we can keep our prices low. For every returned item, there are additional costs involved with processing the return. Instead of raising our prices site-wide to make up for this cost, we charge a restocking fee for each returned item.
