Hello, Thank you for the feedback and for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you had this experience with your bottle order. Recent high demands of juice bottles has left us gearing up in order to avoid back orders as best as possible moving forward. Unfortunately, we are unable to break down the cases of bottle caps into smaller quantities. We have tried to do this in the past, however, they are no longer considered food safe if we are to open the cases and break them down ourselves. One good thing about the very large case is that it is $80 for 2500 caps, putting each cap at a very low price point of just $0.03! Hopefully in the future this can be helpful to your business, in the meantime, I do apologize for any inconvenience. The generated shipping cost is quoted by our shipping partners, and factors in the dimensions of the box that is needed (depending on the enclosed products) as well as the distance to the delivery location.
