Food was way too salty and most of the time the food is cool. But that's the way it is, can't expect much for the price, unless I go pick it up myself.

Food delivery was quick.

Feeling the pinch of Grab's sky rocketing rates!

I am a widowed senior citizen who is a regular Grab user and a Platinium customer too. I am unhappy with Grab as the price seem to be rocketing sky high. I stopped using public transport as I am unable to climb the staircase due to my knee pain. Hence, I have no choice but to take Grab both ways for work which is about 10.1 km away. I am a retired humanitarian worker who has been re-employed and I don't get paid well enough. What used to be around RM15-RM16, which was quite affordable for me, has now gone up so much and the charges sometimes can double the normal rate to RM30-RM32 just one-way trip. Evenings are the same too. So I have to spend between RM50 and RM60 a day just to get to work daily. How am I to survive like this?.. Grab has gained a monopoly of the service and there is no other taxi provider to compete with them. Hence, senior citizens like me and many others have no choice but to fork out however much the App shows. A big portion of what I earn goes on transport, and nothing much is left of my salary for other expenses?.. I kindly urge the Management of Grab to come up with special concession rates for senior citizens like me who commute daily to work. Hope someone who has the power to bring changes to the existing rates can do something to help. Thanks a lot!

Service is good but not receptive to requests

Grabfood experience; They have a good list of restaurants available. The riders also arrive fast, but they do not listen to special requests for food. It wasn't really that much so it's fine. Though fees are kinda excessive(why should I pay more for a restaurant that's just near anyway) :: Duol raman sad kayu, pwede raman ta na malakwan, kapoy lang heh. 😅 Foodpanda's a better option for me.

Grab saved my iPhone with all the photos of my 6-month baby

Today I accidentally lost my iPhone in a rickshaw (small taxi) in Cambodia. The driver, Mr Phal Rithy, was honest and transport my lost iPhone to the Grab office. After 30 minutes only, I was able to get back my iPhone with photos and videos of my son (baby of 6 months). Thanks to the driver (he deserves a trophy) and also, thanks to Grab Cambodia for their good management of their Driver Partners ! The security of the passengers in very important in South-East Asia. Keep going Grab!

i accidentally used a grab voucher code on my ride and i couldn’t even cancel it, by then by driver had already accepted my ride and then i called grabcentre and they couldnt do anything about it. there should be a button for cancelling your voucher code or at least a confirmation button. the fact that grab couldnt do about this issue is upsetting literally all you have to do is refund me a voucher lol.

Not bad in the Philippines

Giving this a 5-star rating because every transaction I had with them has little to no problem. They’re not perfect so I understand them. It’s a great app and very easy to use. You can easily track your drivers location. As for their modes of payment, I absolutely had ko problems. If your paying through their GrabPay there is no problem when you order food for example and your one order is not available their riders will automatically inform you and let you give other options. If ever there are refunds it will automatically return the money to you GrabPay wallet.

Best app for convenience

Can't imagine how I survive without Grab. Now with the new Grabpay card, can spend and collect points at the same time

Food is always delayed and always cold

**Edit** They've finally added the premium delivery feature I suggested. Have increased my review to 4 stars. I'm tired of the horrible food delivery. They always bundle my order with other people and I'm the last to receive my food. It ALWAYS arrives cold. I've suggested that they offer a premium food delivery service and I'm happy to pay extra to get my food delivered directly. Unfortunately, they just give me a copy pasted response or a small voucher. If you read my complaints, you'd realize that I don't want a voucher. I'm even willing to pay extra for better service.

I like use Grab however it's more cheaper use Taxi without Grab just on street even like tourist in South Asia, it's overpriced and im worried that money are going to more company than to 'their workers', can't give 5 stars for still creating new features, i think it's bad idea put a lot of features inside one app, its good for earning to the company, but other services/features are not useful like chat with my contacts, please keep your app light with just usefull things.. Another reason for low rating is that this type of services is without future people will don't want this type of services coz nobody from Grab can garante that some driver is good like when some drive try find some place what is far 2km and trying it over 1 hour, it's happend to me in Bangkok then i just said stop and outside kicked to his car coz i was nervous...
