Thank you for your feedback. We understand how frustrating this situation must be and appreciate you sharing your experience. We strive to be transparent with our return policy. The bars you returned had damage to their flanges as noted & pictured in the email we sent you. As they are not able to be returned to inventory we offered to ship them back to you at a reduce rate. Thank you for taking the time to share your review. As previously communicated, our return policy—including the 20% restocking fee and customer responsibility for return shipping—is clearly posted on our website and is applied consistently to all eligible returns. We understand that policies may differ from large retail stores, and we aim to be fully transparent so customers can review this information prior to purchasing. I also want to again clarify that we do not offer a champagne-colored finish. The product you ordered is listed as Brushed Stainless, and the product description clearly states: “Brushed stainless steel grab bars have a cool blue-gray finish.” We also provide a dedicated Colors/Finishes tab and a product video to help accurately represent the appearance of each finish. While we strive to present finishes as accurately as possible, screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear online. Regarding returns, all returned items are inspected upon receipt, and any damage is documented. Returns are processed fairly and in accordance with our posted policy. We have never and will never carry Moen products. We regret that your experience did not meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Jayme Operations Manager 704-800-4629
