Upon conducting a thorough review of your reservation, we found that during the booking process on our website, you were presented with the "Additional Baggage" page. This page allows customers to add baggage allowance for the outbound, inbound, or both portions of their travel. The rate for each segment is clearly indicated, and based on our investigation, it appears that you opted to add baggage only for the outbound segment by selecting the "+" sign for that portion. The $95 you paid reflects the cost for the outbound journey alone.
