Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company, consistently praising the reliable service and trustworthy nature of the online business. Consumers frequently mention the exceptional product quality and unbeatable prices available across a huge selection of popular vaping supplies. However, some people mentioned that standard delivery times can sometimes be quite long because packages are dispatched from overseas locations. Some reviewers were not happy with unexpected transit delays or items being held up at customs offices for extended periods. A few consumers also pointed out that international shipping expenses have increased recently, requiring careful budgeting when ordering.

I ordered a product that I could not find for sale for my vape device in the U.S. It was a Vandy Vape Jackaroo 18650 extra pod tank. I ordered 5. They showed up when and as expected. I am very happy with this company and will continue to do future purchases from them.

Quality products for lowest price on the market, excellent customer support.
After Fasttech, this is the best overseas company to order from! I received my first package within one week with UPS at the end of 2023. Airmail packages take approximately 2-4 weeks. After the first package arrived so quickly I started ordering more frequently. Parcels arrive like Christmas. I've received 6 orders total from them already and have a few more recent orders daily tracked. Everything is of the highest quality. Their customer service is phenomenal, they guide you through your orders and Cindy Liu and staff have been very accommodating. Deserve more like, 10/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am extremely satisfied. In connection with products and also in the field of communication with the store. Problem solution, fast, precise.

Great service, very thorough shipping advice & support
After 4+ years they are still reliable as ever and the best prices. If you plan ahead the time delay (for shipping) is never an issue. Try them, and compare. Even the shipping is reasonable.
The prices are nearly unbeatable. The service is top notch. I realize that shipping takes awhile especially after the pandemic. I will continue to shop here for a long time.
Good prices, fast shipping to the US. Been ordering for a year and never fails!
Great inventory. Fast order processing. Very good pricing.
This is a wonderful company that values everyone. Whether you are a customer or not, they value you, even if you just visit their website. It has a fantastic social reach. They keep giving back through multiple promotions and offer the best sales and discounts. This should be your number one stop for shopping.
