I redeemed a code that gives me 0.70$

I redeemed a code that gives me 0.70$. I got from that an skin for 15$ they asked me to deposit 2$ in order to withdraw it. After i deposited 2$ they said i need to do KYC verification because "something doesn't look right with your account" I tried doing the verification but can't because for some reason sumsub doesn't accept my id. The way they asked for id after the 2$ feels very much like a scam

Not worth spending money on

Not worth spending money on, I lost 10 times in a row in case battles, im someone who spent quite a lot of money here im talking 100s of dollars but its not worth spending that money here im deleting my acc permanently, this site is horrible with odds to loot you lol

Always burning

Always burning, spended 250$, burned 700$ got nothing. Site is never paying, 60-63% Change burned high amount skins 4 times. Low amounts win, high amounts always lose.

When they tried to withdraw it, support said it was "out of stock" and offered a $250 knife instead – but demanded an **additional $100 payment to receive it. After paying, they were asked for another $300. When they refused, their account was locked. Another user won a knife listed at $248 on Steam**, but Hellcase valued it at only **$120, forcing them into a trade worth far less than what they earned. A user won an AWP Neo-Noir StatTrak and for days was repeatedly redirected to exchange their prize for a different item instead of receiving what they won. A user won a Gamma Doppler Hunter Knife but was told it was "out of stock." Support kept making them wait, and meanwhile their Steam account was compromised and eventually banned – no resolution was provided. 🔴 Automatic Bans Without Explanation The "auto ban multiac" system blocks accounts for no valid reason: A user deposited $20 and was banned literally one second later – ban until 2075, reason: "until clarification with support." They had done nothing wrong. Another user was banned for "multi-account" despite only having one account. Support said the system banned them automatically and "we can't unban it." A user was banned just for claiming daily free rewards like every other user – no cheating, no exploitation. 🔴 Useless Support Hellcase has no live chat option, and email support is either non-existent or gives generic responses like "wait" or "we can't do anything." One user waited 5 days for a deposited payment to appear in their balance. Support kept saying "wait 24 hours" on repeat, even after receiving proof of payment. Another waited 3 days for a withdrawal, only receiving the same response: "Please be patient." 🔴 Unauthorized Charges A user was redirected from Etsy to a fake verification page and was charged $190 by Hellcase without their consent – they had never even visited the site before. Multiple users report unauthorized charges of $200+ from their cards despite never registering or purchasing anything on Hellcase. 🔴 Payments Not Received After Sending Items A user sent items worth ~$200 to a Hellcase bot, accepted the trade, items were removed from their Steam inventory – but the payment never appeared on Hellcase. The trade showed as "canceled." Another user sold skins worth ~$900 through Hellcase, accepted the trade, but never received the payment. 💀 Key Takeaway Hellcase is not operating fairly.
