Ultimate platform for CS2 players' experience! Proud to be the world's leading and most trusted platforms for CS2 case openings, boasting more than 15 million users globally and serving their needs since 2015.
Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. Customers appreciate the fast delivery of items and find the platform very entertaining for playing online games. Many consumers also mention that the support team responds quickly when assistance is needed. People frequently highlight the good choices available and enjoy opening mystery cases for fun.
Some reviewers were not happy with withdrawal issues and difficulties transferring their winning items. Consumers additionally noted concerns about game odds and losing money on cases. People also expressed deep frustration regarding lower item valuations and sudden unexpected restrictions on their accounts.
A garbage site, the chances of winning are practically zero, since the cases drop complete garbage, and every deposit brings disappointment. In case battles, there's no chance of winning any decent amounts at all; only opponents win huge sums, and even if you win, it doesn't even cover the cost of opening cases. It's really funny to watch the site disgrace itself with its script.

impossible odds to win, clearly favors paying members and promoters for case battle wins.

Hellcase bans you from discord for winning contests (:
Hellcase has giveaways and contests on their discord, after winning many of them (random lucky pulls, kahoot bcs I play the game) they just banned me from the discord without any reasoning or message, just banned like that
I cannot give a ticket id because they either said its the discord community problem or they just close them :) Really good discord support

free daily case no matter when you deposited is the only good thing about this website.
The worst events ever, where you can't win, and even if you win, they will make an excuse of "recalculating points" and change your place in ladder in order to not give you a prize you deserved. All my friends are now aware of this and you too. Please be aware and do not spend your time on this website.

0/10 rather have "adult" adiction than adiction on this site
were doing upgrades from scratch and got a knife, thats why it is 2 stars and not 1.
Would love to give it a 1 stars because its worse than any other gambling sites, because once u start depositing they just keep taking ur money and not giving a shit back.
"We got u" ahh site

Organized scam Engineered for addiction and loss of funds
This website is a complete scam and functions like a predatory system designed to drain your funds. Everything on this platform is explicitly engineered to trigger severe addiction and psychological dependency. The algorithms are completely rigged: they give you a false sense of winning at first, only to wipe out your balance and inventory later. The drop rates are highly deceptive, and the house always wins. Do not trust the influencers promoting this trap. It is a financial black hole built entirely for loss of funds. Avoid at all costs.

When I contacted customer support about an item returned due to trade protection, they kept me waiting for more than 24 hours, saying they couldn't return it according to the terms of use, and essentially kept the item.

Automated support bot is ignoring my emails and locking my items.
My account withdrawals are completely locked because of a major glitch with your automated KYC camera scanner. I tried opening an on-site support ticket, but the agent instantly marked it "Answered" and blocked me from replying without actually helping me.
I just sent a detailed email to your support address explaining the glitch, and your team immediately replied with a generic, copy-paste bot message that didn't even read what I wrote. You are holding my deposits and skins hostage over a technical system error.
I have a long history of deposits on your site. Please have a human manager actually open my support email and fix my account verification layout so I can use my account normally.
UPDATE: Here is the ticket number you requested: #579542. Hopefully a human manager can look into it and reset the verification glitch. Thanks!

After around 2 years of experience ,,
It was the best gambling site for cs2 skins
And now i think its the worst
No good drops and not real percentage
And now they scammed me with the iem pickem ,, after we had 8 points yasterday they removed a choice and a point so i lost 80$ in this move
In this 2 years i deposited more than 50k€ so the 80$ wont do anything for me and i dont care for it ,, but what i care about is only the scam move they made ,, so may they will do more in coming days

We are actively investigating the Pick'em issue you described to ensure fairness and accuracy for all participants.
I wish I could win something decent, but the service is top notch, there's a lot of variety, and it's clear this is a reliable, professional, and high-quality project!
