i dont even get half of what i invest, worst site dont get any of these sites do not give anything. Throw your money to rubbish its same thing, at least you will not get mentally collapsed

Support is Fantastic

I know I have been critical of this site....especially as it relates to cases. But this review is specifically for the support team, who are always polite and they do actually help when issues arrise. In the past it seemed like they were instructed to give these "copy and paste" responses which were normally not much help, but over the last few months I have noticed a shift in the way they communicate with customers. Any time I have had a technical issue, they have responded usually within a few hours and the problem is resolved. I have even asked some questions about the way certain features work and was surprised to get transparent answers. So this 5 star review is specifically for the support team who have to put up with us.

SCAM

SCAM I was sent a link through a bridal directory, in order to verify my account The link I followed seemed legit, and genuinely HAD M e fooled. I put my details to verify my account, turns out Hellcase took a payment for £160. Scammed.

I bought a hellcase giftcard for 50$…

I bought a hellcase giftcard for 50$ from Eneba.com the activation code was not working so Eneba having a really nice support answer time, tried to help me get a new key and contacted hellcase. A new key was given from hellcase to Eneba so they can replace the not working key to a new one and within 24h I got my new key. But guess what happened once I tried to redeem the new key in hellcase… didn’t work as well. I contacted Eneba team again and they contacted hellcase 3 days ago and guess what… no answer from hellcase to Eneba Support. So now I try to contact you trough here please answer and get in contact with Eneba for my key to get back please. I didn’t wrote a ticket because Eneba support contacted you so I didn’t see the Logic to contact you trough a ticket if you don’t even answer to your partners.

I am very disappointed with this system. It seems unreliable and unfair because it constantly gives extremely poor drops. Over a long period of time, I have never received anything valuable—almost every drop is only worth a few cents. It creates the impression that the chances of getting a good drop are much lower than expected or advertised. Because of this experience, I find the system untrustworthy and discouraging to use. I expected a fairer and more balanced distribution of rewards.
