We’ve been in the game for 9+ years, providing a safe, legit space for the community to trade and open cases. Your security is non-negotiable—that’s why we use SSL encryption and regular audits. Total transparency is our vibe: you can verify any outcome yourself using our seed system. Got an issue? Hit up our support team, and let’s get it fixed.
This used to be a good site, now they only scam! They removed every good and expensive item from cases and leaved only shit ones. They scamm you at every corner... let s say you depo 30$ and win a 100$ skin... guess what that skin dosen't exist! No worries, you go to exchange and get a nother skin, surprise! You can't get that one as well! They only know how to take but never send the skins back! They only sell skins that are not rare and supply is lots, the rare skins are in exchange fo' show! Stay away from this scammy website! THX
Transparency is the backbone of Hellcase. For 9 years, we’ve empowered our users to verify every operation through a robust system of server and client seeds. my account for banned because i missclicked on KYC button, i can't do anything with my 50$ skins, even can't withdraw it. Request #569385
Hello, Sad that you had a negative experience. As the relevant team specified, you need to proceed with your case in the ticket you mentioned. Hope that your issue will be solved soon!
I did not ask to remove my account. I understand that my KYC and personal information need to be kept. I only asked you to block my account so I cannot play on this site anymore, but they are not helping me and do not want to ban it. This site is useless. You will lose 85% of the time and win 15%. I play better on other online casinos. This feels like a scam, or even worse than a scam. So be careful, guys. Think twice before you use this site.
Hello, Sad that you faced such a situation Please, don't hesitate to provide the ticket number in the updated review, so we could assist you in your problem!

Before i tought that Hellcase is top 1. but since today I tried to do a case Battle and a Message appeared… it says: „oopss… there is something wrong with your Account“. So I tried to open cases I won a really nice m4 Skin so I tried to withdraw the Skin and it came up the Same Message as when I try to case Battle. So since the Support dont answer me I think they will on here. So please tell me whats wrong. When this Problem is solved you get 5 Star again, since I Paid over 300€ since less then 2 months of playing on hellcase and I lost Most of the Money.

Great design, accessibility. It's a casino site of course you will lose money, but the rush adrenaline is all the fun. Minus one star for having to contact the support to cancel any kind of premium subscription instead of having a option to do it directly.
We're happy to hear that you enjoyed the design and accessibility. We appreciate your feedback regarding the premium subscription cancellation process, and we'll consider improvements.
