Withdraw kind of scam
I have already lost a lot of money on this site, which is my own fault, but I also won something once, an item worth around 380 euros, which I was then unable to collect. Every time I contacted support, I was told to wait or try again, but nothing happened. It seems that there are only items that sell for significantly less than their displayed value, which I find unfair. Update: You cant help me anymore unless you pa me back my Money lol just lost all of it (cause got told to wait again and again, Looks like that's your goal) and will never use this Site again and I do Not recommend it to anyone

All but fair
All but fair . Won a total of somewhat 400 euros with just 10 euros in a single day but it was pure luck. But its not a fair pricing no. Especially if your form Europa, no fair drops at all. Rare skins are more rare to get cause you mostly spend hundreds of euros before reaching a rare item or you simply need to do alot of case battles and calculate very carefully. Cause it is possible to calculate your succes but not able to calculate the worth. It could be worse thats right. But i really do not understand why the law is going after steam.they should go after sites like this , just take a look at one of these chaotically spelled reviews.... that is a under aged person that is using "real" money for "real" gambeling and sites like these are making it "really easy" for under aged people to gamble , this isn't co-incidence anymore.

The site is basically designed to make you lose money like any other. The bigger problem is that it’s hard to withdraw skins. If you win something worth around $80, you can’t withdraw it, but if I win something worth $1, a trade offer comes immediately. I don’t recommend this site.

First it convinces you, then the more you upload, the more it takes away. It doesn't even give you the chance to win a bigger prize every two months. I'd rather not upload anything anymore, it will take it anyway. The boxes have become terrible by 2026, you can hardly ever open anything that isn't a huge disappointment.

Friendly site
I have won a few items from Hellcase and was able to receive them without any complications. At first I had trobule with with draw but the support system was excellent, fast, and helpful. The twitter giveways are a great way to give back to CS community. Overall, very happy with my experience with Hellcase.

Such a scam website. You never win anything. Used maybe 20.000 euro or more and the most I have gotten is maybe 2000 euro at most Its Good fun but expect to loose it all in the end

I had the exact experience as another user...cannot withdraw great item after win (out of stock)
I had the exact experience as another user.... won a really nice item $2k in value, went to withdraw....out of stock. I reach out to support, and get vague responses about wait until its in stock but you cant see whats in stock and the items in the exchange are in stock. Well, they are not and you cannot withdraw those nice items either. This has now happened with the same knife 2x and i still do not have it. It did say it was "ready" and I waited but never received the trade request.
