UPDATE #2: I have been in contact with Hermosa and they said they would issue a refund. That was on Thursday. August 20th. The refund is thru PayPal. As of today, I still have not received any notification of a refund. Will continue to post updates as I receive them.
UPDATE: As you can see the company responded to this review stating they sent me an email after they replied. Please don't be fooled. I have yet to receive an email. Will keep you all posted!!
I recently ordered a wig that looked nothing like what was advertised. I emailed them letting them know I wanted to return the wig and be refunded. I received 1 email reply asking why I wanted to return the wig. Once I replied I haven't heard anything from them since. They have yet to reply to any of my follow up emails. I will be returning the wig which by the way smells horrible and looks COMPLETELY different from what I ordered and letting my bank know to stop payment!!! Ordered #H151233. Proceed with caution!!!!

I loved my hair, when I saw your Hermosa video on the television I had to have it because it was perfect for the summer months. My hair will not hold a curl in the summer because of the heat and moisture in the hair the Hermosa hair type was the perfect solution as you saw in the picture that I sent. I got at least a hundred or more compliments especially from my friends that I had not seen in years!

I recently purchased a blonde deep wave wig from this company and its completely trash. It does not look like the picture. It tangles and it feels and look like doll hair, synthetic. I paid $227 and they only offered me a $55 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I'm very happy that I have found a company that has met my expectations when it comes to the quality of a wig. Im extremely happy that their wigs comes with a drawstring for women such as myself with a small head. Most wig companies only offer a size 22 as the smallest size they have, which is too big for me and I have to use melting spray or glue to secure it. Which takes up a lot of time. With the drawstring wig it makes it easier and I dont spend a lot of time prepping my hair.
