This is my 4th pair of shoes. I love them all. These ones will be great in the fall with all the rain. I am so excited to wear them

I have two pairs. Bought one pair last year unsure about the legitimacy of the site etc but took the punt. Shoes took a while to arrive but are well made and comfy. Just received my high tops and equally love these. They arrived much quicker than expected.

Don't believe them when they say free returns!

I checked that this was a UK company before I bought - they had a UK address on their website. They offered free returns, so I ordered two pairs of trainers because I wasn't sure which would fit me. They took two weeks to arrive - when I checked the tracking information, they were being shipped from China, which made me worry about the quality of what I had purchased as I have had a bad experience buying from China in the past (which is why I avoid buying from China). To be fair, the trainers that arrived are very comfortable, but now I want to return the pair that doesn't fit me, I find that I will have to pay to return them to Germany - an international shipping fee, which will cost me half of what I paid for the trainers. This is very misleading, but only what I have come to expect from Chinese companies, I'm afraid - they don't care about customer service. If I had known that the returns would not be free (as they promised), I would have only bought one pair.

Quick delivery and they were a comfortable ! I work on my feet all day. I have severe arthritis and bunions on my feet. I wore them the entire day with no pain ! I bought the leather ones. I hope they have more colors in leather because I’m ready to buy pair number 2

Second and probably last pair

Difficult one to work out the correct score here. First pair were great despite my low expectations. Nice fit and very comfortable. So nice I decided to get a second pair in a different style. The second pair arrived very quickly and despite being marked the same size are much larger. I contacted customer service and their answer was nonsense. Apparently different styles of shoes have different sizes which is daft, a size is a size. I could understand if they were a little wider or similar but they're just way longer!

Very happy with my shoes

Very happy with my shoes. I was alarmed at the negative reviews but honestly I can't understand them. The shoes are great. Nice wide toe box as advertised. Sizing was great too. It too two weeks for the shoes to arrive - obviously from China - to the Uk. I could have done without that. And Indid worry that I had been scammed. But the shoes have arrived well packaged externally and supported internally with packaging so they didn't get damaged in transit. So far so good!

I love these shoes!

I love these shoes!! They fit very well, and are so comfortable! As soon as I put them on, they felt so confortable, and I wore them right away. Plenty of room for my toes to move around. The sole is nore protective than most 'barefoot' shoes, too. Good job on a great shoe!

My 4th pair !!!

I haven't received this pair of shoes yet. But my reason for purchasing is because I have 3 other pairs of Hobi Bear shoes. I'm seventy years old and I know if you don't take care of your feet, the rest of you will go to....... Well you know. I never have to break them in. They are comfy right out of the box.

I've got three pairs of hobibear shoes. I love them they've lasted over a year with daily use. Fun colours. Comfy and affordable. They may not be the best on the market but they're great value for money.

Generous customer service

Excellent customer service, ordered 2 pairs, one fit well and one didn't, offered to send me any other pair absolutely free as it was very expensive to send back to Germany, I will sell my other pair and donate the money to charity 💕

First pair were great.

First pair were great.. these are hard-on the soles and not flexible at all. I ended up with extremely sore heels and aggravated plantar fasciitis! I will give another try with another style with hopes of them being better. Would love a discount for next purchase.

I love these flip flops

I love these flip flops. I’ve used them for over a year. I’ve purchased 3 pairs so far. Only just noticed they are made in China. Sadly I won’t be able to buy them anymore until they stop using China. I refuse to buy China products if at all possible.

Almost Perfect

Great fit and amazing style. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because shipping took a little longer than expected. The shoes themselves are excellent.

Shoes are cute and arrived in about 11 days but they are to big! These shoes are about a hole size bigger than the size 10 they were supposed to be.

Very comfortable shoes

I have edema in both feet & ankles. I ordered these shoes because they seemed more giving than regular shoes. I really like them, they are comfortable & it's easy for me to slide them on in the back.

The shoes are really comfy

The shoes are really comfy, I ordered them off Amazon and they came the next day. Perfect fit. The shoes help my toes splay out. Worth purchasing . If you're going to purchase them they sell in a US size so you have to find out what size you're in your country.

Refund Requested

I requested a return on shoes that were the wrong size. I was very specific in my initial e-mail that I wanted to return the shoes for a refund. I received a timely reply with an option to keep the shoes (and resell or give to someone as a gift), receive a 15% refund as well as a 20% discount on my next purchase. This is some shady business practice. This does not benefit the customer at all. There was no indication that I was ordering shoes being shipped from China. I had to reply that I want to return.
