Home Reserve

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad your order arrived quickly and that our team was able to take good care of you. We truly appreciate you choosing Home Reserve!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share such thoughtful and detailed feedback. We’re truly sorry the No Risk Trial piece didn’t end up being the right fit for your family, especially after you had been considering Home Reserve for so long and had such high hopes for it. We’re glad the trial gave you a chance to experience the everything before making a full sectional purchase. At the same time, we absolutely understand how important back cushion support, cushion placement, and the feel of the storage area are in everyday family life. Some customers may notice or be more sensitive to a temporary scent from the wood, often referred to as "off-gassing". This is non-toxic and naturally dissipates within a few days, though we understand it can still be unpleasant for those who are sensitive to it. We never want anyone to feel stuck with furniture that does not work well for their home, which is exactly why the No Risk Trial exists. Thank you again for giving Home Reserve a try. We’re sorry it wasn’t the perfect match, but we truly appreciate the opportunity and your honest feedback.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad your pre-purchase experience felt supportive and that our team was able to quickly help with the missing pieces. It means so much to hear that your couch is exactly what you wanted and we truly appreciate you recommending Home Reserve to your friends and family!
