furniture is designed to ship flat-packed and be assembled at home, but we understand that the assembly amd fabric can feel like a lot of work, especially when expectations don’t match the experience. The snug fabric fit is intentional so the finished piece has a clean, tailored look once assembled, but it should never feel so difficult that it takes away from the excitement of the new furniture. We really appreciate you sharing this feedback, and we’re sorry this left you feeling disappointed in the value of your purchase.
