Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share this. We're sorry to hear the assembly didn't go as smoothly as expected. Sometimes even professional assemblers move quickly and can miss a step or a detail in the instructions, which can lead to the kind of wobbling and alignment issues you're describing. The good news is these are usually fixable! Our experts are reaching out to you directly right now to sort this out. In the future, please know our team is always happy to walk through assembly in detail. Customers can reach us at [email protected] or by phone, and we're glad to help before, during, or after assembly!
