I got their product early. Charging station is designed so badly it doesn't work. The robot brook down. After slow support they sent me a spar part that took 2h to replace. That did not solve the problem. They should send me another spar part but never did. I try to get support for over 1 year and gave up. Things can go wrong but you HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. HOOKII policy is _NOT_ to take responsibility. I'm buying a Mammotion 3 AWD instead.
Decent at best; constantly disconnects from the app, doesn’t complete jobs, doesn’t cut entire lawn and misses large portions, at times sits in the middle of the yard and discharges the battery, constantly getting different exceptions while it sits in an open area with no obstacles Haven’t received much help with customer service after going through the troubleshooting steps. Been using it for 3mo and wouldn’t recommend it
iNTO MY SECOND SEASON AND AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS
After two failed shipment attempts, over ten emails, and a month of delays, I still do not have the product I paid for—yet this company continues to hold onto my money. Their latest excuse? That my address was incomplete because it didn’t contain a house number—despite it being a perfectly valid UK address with a property name, as is common here. Every other courier and delivery service manages just fine. They even asked me to provide a neighbour’s house number—again, none of my neighbouring properties use numbers, only names. It’s painfully clear the item never even left Germany. If there truly was an address issue, it would have only surfaced once it reached the UK. I strongly suspect the real issue lies with customs—perhaps due to incorrect paperwork or mishandled import tax procedures on their end. Regardless, this is their responsibility to resolve, not mine. Throughout this ordeal, the company has shown a complete lack of competence and customer care. Not once have they offered any goodwill gesture, compensation, or viable solution—just empty words thanking me for my “patience and understanding,” two virtues which, frankly, they’ve exhausted. This entire experience has been beyond frustrating and continues to erode any trust in this company’s ability to operate professionally, let alone support their customers. Update 25/03/25: Reply from Hookii "The package was returned to us because the customs declaration form attached to the exterior of the box fell off during transit, which prevented it from clearing customs and leaving Germany". Is this company literally run by school children?
Neomow X works perfectly in my yard without relying on GPS, thanks to its LiDAR system! Mowing is reliable and problem-free.

I ordered 2 4G robots received without a SIM card. I would not recommend the Hooky brand.
It took 6 months over my expectations, but I am not supposed when buy from a startup project. I tried my mower just a bit before storing it for the winter. I had difficulties to manually control the mower with my cell phone, it was going too fast, until I found out that by moving my thumb up or down on the arrows, it slows the speed. They don’t tell in the manual.

The support team provided me with good insight, was able to correct my issue, and had me up and running quickly.
Its a good Robot, and easy install. It looks good and is very quiet. Only the app update won't be installed. But it works as well without it.
Good product except the fact that the app available on the Google play store was bugged. I had to download an APK from your web site to be able to configure the mowerr

Good morning I find the robot interesting but improvements are expected in the application such as sending notifications or mapping circuits of the robot's passage. a minus of my 0 stars because no spare parts in case of problem no accessory shop really a black point
Overall I like the mower and the app. The GPS is a nice feature, but it only works if the mower battery isn’t dead. It would be nice if the GPS had a battery dedicated to it so if the mower is stolen I can still have a chance to find it. My biggest issue with the mower is not being able to define zones. It seems to focus more on mowing my backyard and if it had zones I could tell it to just mow my front yard or wherever it needs mowed.
My Garden with sparly 100m2 is too small for this power machine, good results, a lot of power, and good App. For 200m2 or more a must have robot
It does a good job, although it is slow and the app is not able tout tell thé job made, what is remaining as surface and time. Battery sometimes let the mower in the Middle of the field, with abnormal battery consumption written in app, without notifying.
Great product. The grass is wonderfull and the app is very easy to use. No problem for the moment.
