Hi Catherine - Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. Hydrow’s Digital Basic Membership is managed through the Apple App Store, and all payments for it are controlled directly by Apple. Unfortunately, Hydrow does not have access to the membership fees associated with the Apple subscription, which prevents us from processing a refund for those charges. As a courtesy, we’ve refunded three months of membership from your non-Apple subscription. For further assistance, we recommend contacting Apple App Support directly, as they may be best equipped to assist with this specific issue.

Hi Adrianna -- Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I’m sorry to hear you had difficulty with your Hydrow screen after three years of use. While issues like this can happen over time, needing a replacement after three years is not the expected outcome. We built the Hydrow with longevity in mind, and many members do not need to replace their screens for the full lifecycle of the rower. We understand your frustration and always handle each maintenance situation individually. While Hydrow does offer limited functionality without the membership, we believe that the full membership provides the best workout experience. The $44 (+tax) per month membership allows for multiple profiles on Hydrow, grants access to our premium Live Outdoor Reality content, enables you to track your workout progress, and lets you travel the globe with our talented team of athletes.
