Hi Charles -- Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how important it is to have a seamless and motivating workout experience, and we’re sorry to hear that using Hydrow without a membership has been frustrating. While Hydrow does offer limited functionality without a membership, we believe the full membership provides the most immersive and engaging workout experience. That said, we recognize that some users may prefer a different experience, and while “Just Row Mode” does not include our full content library, it does allow you to adjust settings, manually modify drag, and customize your workouts. We’re always looking for ways to enhance the Hydrow experience, and we truly appreciate your feedback. We’ll be sure to share your thoughts with our team for future consideration and If there’s anything else we can do to assist, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Hi Kurt - Thank you for sharing your feedback! We’re so glad to hear that you’re enjoying the Hydrow Core. While the full library of content provides the most variety, our goal has been to offer a diverse selection of workouts for the Core experience as well. We’re always working to improve the Hydrow experience, so we will pass your feedback about workout variety to the relevant teams. Similarly, we’re continuously looking for ways to enhance connectivity and compatibility. If you haven’t already, we recommend checking our support guide or reaching out to our Member Services Team for troubleshooting steps that might help improve your experience.
