Thanks for providing such a great service though i prefer promo codes be given earlier and last a full month rather than 3 days. Sometimes, we need to plan ahead on the credit card billings and supplier invoices too.

Great to maximise credit card rewards. Would be better if there is a app.
Customer support officers were good enough and they managed to solve the human error from ipaymy transaction (done by their data entry team / program error). However this is such a simple thing, the problem shouldn't have occured and caused anxiety of missing the deadlines, or what if I lost the money scenarios. Also, at first the ipaymy tried to throw the action to end user (me) which is not at all acceptable. I'd have given 1* or 0 but thanks to the support team, they deserved couple of stars. I wouldn't use it unless they assure there will be no 'manual errors' or pay bills on behalf someone else. Background: Paid to a government organization using ipaymy a significant amount. ipaymy 'paid' to the organization but with a wrong customer reference id. I realized from the post transaction receipt / doc that the customer reference number they mentioned is wrong. Their first reaction - check with the organization and request to change the customer reference number. How is it even acceptable??. Then after a day of back-and-forth, the officer agreed to reach out to the organization. Again few blunders with the numbers. Finally after a week things have settled.

One thing that was recently added that you may want to take a look at is the referral page revamp, where you can share your referral link, and track your referral stats. Also, there is no cap on the number of referrals! Also, keep an eye on your email for future promo codes ;-)
Not user friendly. Previous platform before upgrade was better. I suggest ipaymy should do something similar to hitpay which is easy to use and has a playstore apps where my outdoor sales staff can easily access and use to collect payment.

Great platform to earn credit card rewards. However, some cards are beginning to exclude ipaymy from earning rewards, so have to do your own due dilligence to ensure your card provider is not preventing it. Would have given it a 5 stars if the fee is way lower than its competitors (currently at 2.25%, hoping to see around 1.85% or less)

Many banks now offer conversion to card services. Ipaymy's competitive rate, promos and ease of use keep them in the lead. The proposal is not what it was with fewer accelerator cards in the market, hopefully this will change.
