Scam!

I ordered through their official store via Amazon for $100, never got the package and they won’t refund. They stole and scammed me!

great design I love my new ipad case - it does not add bulk but has great options for standing the ipad for viewing.

Very long shipping

Very long shipping, should have inventory/sellers in US, wish it was easier to unbind button functions to do nothing 😕, wish there was a way to active and reactive buttons with turning off my nfc.

I didn't like your delivery, the courier didn't deliver the first time, although it's not the first time I've ordered from you.

High quality product and service

I have had a Pitaka case on my phone since the iPhone 16 Pro Max and now the iPhone 17 Pro Max. I am always astounded by the quality of these cases and their durability. I have had great experiences with their customer support who are also very responsive and willing to resolve any matters that may arise.

Warranty Claim

Had a very small issue in my case. I claimed under warranty and it was resolved within 24 hours.

Proactive Customer Service! Just when I was wondering what took so long, there came an email clearly laid out the situation with offers to choose for next step. I chose to wait but with a change of case color and Polly also reminded me to change the magsafe ring color as well which i totally forgot. Much appreciate the customer service!

Nice case and helpful staff

I bought a case for my brand new Samsung S26 ultra. The Aaron button of first case was found to be not working. After contact their helpful and nice customer support, a replacement was sent to me and it works perfect this time.

Alvin assisted me after a little glitch on my case not being aligned he assured this isn’t their standard and went checked on their manufacturing procedures right away. They hand checked my new case and shipped a replacement right away. Great cases. In the meantime I have also suggested broader colors like Baby aka Sky Blue for the iPhone Air 17 as well as Purple for other devices. Let’s see if they deliver in awhile. Stay blessed

Not only best case, but also great customer service

I do think they make the best slim case in the world, the precision, the material, etc. But not only excellent product, they also have a great customer service. I have some issue with my order, and they provide a quick and great solution. Good job Pitaka

Don't buy it save your money

Before buying from PITAKA, I strongly recommend that people read the bad reviews first. In my experience, the shipping process has been extremely disappointing. I placed my order more 20 days ago and the tracking still shows “label created,” which means the parcel has not actually been shipped yet. The website says delivery takes around 5–15 days, but so far there has been no real shipment progress. This has been very frustrating as a customer. My advice to anyone thinking about buying from this company is to check the negative reviews online before placing an order. That will help you understand other customers’ experiences and decide if you still want to take the risk After all this time, I doubt I'll receive anything.
