Very disappointing!!Ordered Cloud Dusk case in collaboration with Munn and found that; Colour Discrepancy: Comparing the actual received product with what shown on the website, there is a notable deviation in the colour palette. Marketing vs. Reality: The promotional images depict a bright, warm-toned orange/amber plaid pattern consistent with the "Cloud Dusk" theme. However, the product received, features a significantly darker, muted, and more brown-toned scheme that does not align with the product description and marketing expectations. Consistency: The design and pattern structure appear identical, but the colour saturation and hue are drastically different, which significantly impacts the aesthetic appeal of the product. I would say the product received does not meet the standards set by the promotional imagery. The visual difference is not merely a result of lighting but a fundamental difference in the colour profile of the material used.

Great support resolved my camera ring issue quickly!

I recently had an issue with the camera ring detaching from my Pitaka Sunset Case, and I wanted to share my experience with their customer service. Although the initial warranty claim was declined because the issue was reported after two months of use, the support team offered a goodwill replacement for just a $10 shipping fee. The team, especially Tina and Polly, were incredibly helpful and responsive. When my country wasn't available in the shipping portal, Polly manually arranged the shipment for me. While the initial warranty decision was a bit disappointing, their willingness to find a solution and the excellent communication throughout the process really turned things around. Thank you for the great support!

Pitaka, great products and service

I have used Pitaka products for many years and this was the first time I ever had an issue. I contacted Pitaka and they were very quick to respond. They were very understanding and resolved my issue vey quickly as well. I will continue to use Pitaka products because of this.

I had an amazing experience with PITAKA’s customer support. The connectors for my watch band broke due to accidental misuse, and since I purchased the band back in 2023, it was already out of warranty. PITAKA has earned a loyal customer for life. Highly recommended for both their premium product quality and world-class customer service!

Cannot Recommend

I chose PITAKA because of its reputation as a premium brand, but my experience has been disappointing. My original case developed issues, and although a replacement was provided, the replacement suffered from the same problem. I was then advised that because the replacement had been supplied as a courtesy, it carried no warranty, and my only option was to purchase yet another case with a 15% discount. I understand that TPU is a flexible material, but when the same defect occurs twice, it raises serious questions about the durability of the product. Premium prices should come with premium quality and confidence in the product, not an expectation that customers will simply keep buying replacements. To be fair, the support team was polite and responded promptly. However, good customer service cannot make up for a product that repeatedly fails and a warranty policy that effectively leaves customers without support when the same issue happens again. I expected much better from a company that positions itself as a premium brand. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend PITAKA products. This version is strong, credible, and difficult for the company to dismiss because it focuses on facts rather than emotion.

Incredible customer service that goes above and beyond!

​I reached out to PITAKA customer support because the custom end-link on my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic aramid fiber band broke. Even though my band was well past its one-year warranty period, a support agent named Alvin went completely out of his way to help me. ​Instead of just telling me I was out of luck, Alvin made an exception and arranged for two replacement first-links (with the pins!) to be shipped out to me for just the cost of shipping. ​I've always loved the premium feel and lightweight design of PITAKA's aramid fiber products, but this level of customer care has made me a lifelong customer. Huge thanks to Alvin and the team for backing up their amazing products with equally amazing service!

Excellent product and even better customer service

I have been using Pitaka cases for over a year. My favourite is the edge case as it's so minimal, sleek and adds grip to iPhone. When I've had any issues, the customer service team (including Freya) has been amazing. One of the best experiences I've ever had with customer service - they're super responsive and always attentive, understanding and go out of their way to find a solution for any problem. I will be continuing to ordering from Pitaka in the future.
