The jewelry was pretty and according to my expectations. I bought several piercing pieces. However, I was chocked about the customs fee to Sweden, which was about 60 euro! So in the end, the puchase from Jco jewelry was not a good deal.
These are the most deceptive item I have bought online. They are so small I don’t even know if I can give them to my 4 year old granddaughter. Huggie earrings which looked way wider and completely different in the picture. Waste of my time and money.
I just wished I came across this earlier. Even though I am in Singapore the delivery is bad. After ordering, never did I receive an order confirmation or notice that order was shipped. When I emailed to enquire if my parcel was shipped, no customer service person care to reply me. Its only 3 weeks later when I receive the parcel. Worst, there were many missing items. Even worse is even though the bracelet I bought states to be sterling silver, it broke into three pieces after wearing it just for one day!! RIDICULOUS 🙄 I claimed for return and refund but no replies was ever received since. BIGGEST REGRET TO BUY FROM THEM. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!
If I could give a 0 I would, placed an order and stupidly didn’t research them on here first. Cancelled my order the same day and was told I would get store credit for the amount even though products haven’t been shipped. I have escalated this to PayPal in the hope they can help to resolve the issue, but on their website hidden away is their terms which state they offer credit and no mention of refunds. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Believe these reviews!!!
I made an order on June 2020 and it was delivered in a few weeks, I loved the earrings so I made another order on July 2020 but it was never delivered. I still have the earrings and they are still perfect, the quality is good.
I wish I would have read the reviews before… I kept getting the Facebook ads and they got me with the cute earrings. Took almost 2 months to receive my order and the quality is terrible for how expensive it was.
My dad ordered a pair of earrings for my birthday. He ordered them on 05/02/2022, he then got an email saying they were delivered 04/15/2022. Which is impossible so he contacted them and they said that since it said it was delivered a month ago he’d have to file a claim with fedex. He does this and finally an order comes in the mail. AN order. Not at all what HE ordered. They suck and it’s not worth the price. Quality is so cheap.
I think this company is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. How can they not let you know that the price of duties and taxes are not included in the final sale price? It’s criminal. I bought jewelry for my friends birthday and now reading these reviews I’m scared it’s going to be horrible material. I would never order from them again!
Never received items and no refunds. After 40 days and no items, I was told to further wait. They said they would resend if missing in another 3 weeks. So maybe 8 weeks to then have items reshipped?Trash company. A scam. Avoid because you are throwing your money away.

Bit hit and miss. I ordered around 7 items, one was welded shut and the other was too short for my earlobe. The others are finally in after a few hours of swearing and some very swollen ears from all the manouvering. Quite pretty though - interested to see how long they last before they tarnish.
Received my order really quick. Packaging looks nice, items look nice too. However! I am pretty sure the materials are not what they say. The items you get are rip offs of the items you see on the photos of the website! It still looks nice. But really isn’t 14k plated gold, more likely its brass. I put it in my ears 5 minutes ago, and already feeling an itch. Make sure not to buy if you are allergic, cause the material isn’t what they say it is. It looks like brass, def not gold. I would have posted a picture if I could.
I really have no idea why this company has such a low rating. My experience buying jewelry from Jcojewellery was the opposite from all of the negative reviews. Eventhough the company ships from Singapore, delivery was super quick, right around a week, and they do disclose this on the website in the FAQs. The quality of the earrings I bought wasn't high end, but that isn't what I expected; the earrings are exactly what I was expecting, excellent quality for a great price! I love the little huggies I got...they are bigger than expected and don't adjust with an easy pinch as the description says, but they do exactly what I needed them to and they are super comfy to sleep in. The clicker hoop is perfect for my cartilage piercing, I dont even know its there! I will definitely do business with Jcojewellery again!
Took over a month to arrive, with limited tracking info during that time. I genuinely thought my order had been lost! However, the quality of the jewellery is really good and nicely presented too.

Ordered on a Tuesday and they came well before the expected delivery date the on the Friday that followed. Very nicely packaged and exactly what I ordered. I received constant updates on delivery status which was nice. This is definitely a company I will order from again.
I don't know why this company has so many bad reviews. I received my order today on time, no delays. Everything was packaged super cute and the jewelry is great quality for the price. I had no issues getting my huggie earrings on and I got a ring that's beautiful. I would definitely order again, definitely don't trust all the negative reviews. Coming from Singapore to Canada I got my order in 6 days which is great in my opinion I did get duties but that's expected sometimes it was only $14.75. If you've ordered and are worried don't be.
I’m confused by the poor reviews. I got my order on time, beautifully packaged, and all items are as expected. I got huggie hoops that, yes, are tiny- but they’re meant to be so that they hug your earlobe. It can make them harder to get on, but definitely far from impossible. I wear my earrings to work out, in the shower- they look great. Unlike solid gold or even gold filled and gold vermeil, gold plating will eventually wear down. It’s a compromise you need to expect to make for a more affordable, trendy product, but I have had no issues with the quality whatsoever. Will order again!
