Very misleading! I placed a large over costing me lots of money and was told shipping was free, only for DHL to charge me £54!!! The company should cover these fees, (which they didn’t), especially after the large amount I paid. Or they should make it more clear that we will be charged these fees. I regret placing the order and will not be buying from them again. I urge you all not to bother either as it’s not worth it!
Scam, scam, scam, DO NOT BUY. If I could leave a zero, I would. Bought two earrings that were advertised as cartilage earrings, but the posts are ridiculously short. When I inserted one, the opening where the jewelry is meant to screw in rested flat against the surface of my ear, making it IMPOSSIBLE to hold and screw in. I have small ears and have never had this issue in all 12 years that I’ve had this piercing. Furthermore, it had a broken piece, and the other earring won’t even unscrew so it’s unusable. Not even sure if the material is truly silver as they claim, since the material looks tarnished and made my ear feel itchy. Looks like they don’t do returns, and so far no one has responded to me from customer service - big surprise. I’m now seeing reviews that claim the same issues, and I only wish I’d seen this sooner. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.
My boyfriend bought me a ring from this company for Christmas. I wanted to size up and immediately after receiving requested an exchange. They denied my request for an exchange because they only allow 1 week for returns! SO if you are receiving their jewelry as a gift it better be spot on because you won't be able to exchange it! Completely disappointed in their customer service!
Items showed up as expected but the quality is horrible, spent $100 on 5 gold-plated rings that are already tarnishing after 1 week of wear. Also frustrated that they show reviews on the website but I can't find a single place to leave a review myself...
I made a mistake, i didn’t pay the taxes in due time, so the package got sent back. But i wrote to their customer service, and they sent a new package right away, free of charge. The package arrived the week after, and it made me so happy - i expected just a regular brown box, but when i opened it, it was so neatly packed, like a true little gift. It was such a nice experience, i would definitely recommend :-)

Honestly I'm very surprised by all the 1 star reviews as I have bought from J&Co across the years and never faced issues. Last being the black Friday deals which arrived exactly as described and no allergic reaction with my sensitive ears so far. It arrived quickly and I'm wearing my studs as I'm typing. It was little hard putting the labrets alone but they are secure in place since I put them. I would recommend them.
This company is a total scam, ordered three pairs of earrings over a month ago and no sign of them. I have emailed the company and all they do is come up with excuses so they don't have to help you. When I asked them to start a claim to put it through as lost, they then basically told me no and they don't offer refunds??? What kind of company doesn't offer refunds???? I haven't got my items for gods sake. I would avoid this company at all costs, otherwise you'll end up going to your card company to actually get any form of help.
Do not buy from this company it is a scam. You do not get the right information until you have paid. Ones your payment has been accepted, you will be emailed about paying export duties and that the company is located in Singapore. You may receive orah not even receive the order. I have placed an order of £50 for a month now I have not received the earings and I do not know how to get back my refund.
I ordered a month ago and my items are still not here. Singapore tracking says it’s in the UK and to check Royal Mail. Royal Mail tracking says it’s still in Singapore and they haven’t received the parcel. It’s been a month now and I cannot have a full conversation with anyone as the email thread does not reply to messages (or if it does I am being ignored) and the Instagram account takes hours to reply and by the time I reply no one answers me back again. Absolutely awful service. I’ve paid £40 for earrings and they are nowhere to be seen.
My wife had asked for earrings from this company as a Christmas gift. She forwarded the link to what she wanted and I followed the links preparing to order them ( she was interested in 2 pair ). As I placed my order, I noticed that there may be import and duty charges, I reluctantly continued and completed my order. At the SAME TIME my wife texted and said that she'd decided against them because she read reviews regarding the quality of this product. Sizing, clasps coming undone, the quality if the product etc. So, within 20 minutes I had sent an email asking to cancel my order. I heard back within 24 hours and was told that I cannot cancel an order during a "SALE" period. OK, shame on me for not reading their return policies. It does in fact state that. I hoped that perhaps since, from the time I placed the order to the request of cancellation was only 20 minutes, I stood a chance. Nope! Order could not be cancelled. OK... Fine... Received the earrings and, indeed, they were much smaller than advertised! They could not be closed/clasped around my wife's ear lobe. But, I can't return them. Customer service is very non-helpful. They have your money. Enjoy your earrings... Thank you very much! If I had read these reviews first, I certainly would not have completed my order.
Terrible customer service and false advertising. I ordered hoops that showed a clasp because I hate sleepers and of course received sleepers. I was sent a video of sleepers basically telling me that this is what I ordered, I sent them the photo of what I ordered which clearly showed clasps….. no reply and no compensation. Also the huggie hoops I got are very small and one doesn’t clasp but guess what.. they won’t do anything about it. Be prepared to not get what you ordered and for terrible customer service.
I ordered gifts and paid for express delivery of £18 so that the items would arrive in time for a birthday. Notified by J&Co that they would arrive on the 8th, they did not, then the 9th and did not. Customer service ridiculously slow therefore had to chase delivery company myself - after numerous phone calls and being online finally had live chat and follow up call - package should arrive today - too late for birthday!! Then finally receive an email from J&Co saying package arriving today and as if they had solved the issue!! They did not - I did and it has cost me more money in phone calls - so disappointed as first time I have ordered from them - I will not be doing so again.

The jewellery from their luxury line doesn’t clasp properly (14k nickel free sleepers). It is a fundamental design flaw. They aren’t designed to clasp like regular, properly designed sleepers. Even chemists or pharmacy’s sleepers are designed properly. Not these. My partner and I spent 40 mins on one ear trying to get a sleeper to clasp and my ear is now red raw from the process. Joke’s on us because the sleeper clasp isn’t designed properly and I should have read the reviews! Don’t spend the money, shop elsewhere.
I ordered some earrings before reading some of these reviews and was really worried. However they arrived very quickly and there was no custom charge (I live in the UK). Earrings are just as expected and the quality the same as other earrings I’ve purchased from other websites with similar prices. I will be happy to buy from this company again.
I spent quite a lot of money on 14k gold flatback earrings that are completely unwearable. They are so short and difficult to put on that after about an hour of trying to fit the tiny 1mm screw in the back I gave up. As they are 14k gold I'm going to take them to a jeweller to put a proper back on them since they are actually nice. But for the prices they charge, and given 14k solid gold is fine jewellery, they really should put more thought into how wearable their products are. Also, what they don't tell you is that on top of the money you pay for the items, in the UK at least you'll be hit with an eyewatering customs charge before they are released to you.
So happy I found this page! I thought I was the only one! I ordered $145 in earrings thinking I could return what I didn't want...then read their return policy so whatever, my fault. Then I tried to wear them and they were far too small to close. My ears were throbbing because they were so damn tight AND they said cartilage. I contacted them and they actually told me my ears are too big (I saved the email)! But I can't return them? Whenever I buy clothes that are too small/big I return them. Why would I think twice if the earrings were advertised for cartilage. Is there anywhere else I can write a review? Their website doesn't let you and (shocker) they're all good reviews.
