Ok so I ordered about $130AUD of jewellery on 25/3. As I spent a lot of money i was told I would recieve free EXPRESS delivery. After about a week after I paid I messaged the company asking is my package had been sent out (normally you’d get a confirmation email after a couple days) they then replied and said it would be sent out the next day.... a few days go by and I get another email saying it hasn’t been posted yet but if I wanted express shipping I would have to pay an excess $29USD... was very confused because I was meant to get free express shipping and since I didn’t want to pay that I decided to get normal shipping... I only just got my parcel yesterday 28/4 which means it took about a month to get to Australia and I’m kinda dissapointed with the jewellery while it is super pretty and looks so nice it’s like it’s meant for babies the jewellery is absolutely tiny and hurts to put on and I have average size ears. I wish I read the other reviews and trusted when they said it was small..... overall it is very pretty but it’s expensive and tiny and will take forever to get to you and I definitely think it’s a scam
nice jewellery, but, overpriced and they arrived in delay (8 weeks). plus, i had to pay the customs fee (€13!) without knowing about that. really disappointed.

I received my package on 15/04 to Ireland. I qualified for free shipping as my order was so big and I didnt incur any extra fees for customs.
earrings all came in small individual jewellery bags inside 2 larger pink decorative boxes which was a lovely touch ive ordered from other sites for a similar price and received earrings in bubble wrap in a standard envelop.
After reading the reviews I was expecting bad quality or not to receive my package at all.
I ordered a variety of earrings from conch hoops, huggy hoops, cartilage studs and small cartilage diamond encrusted hoops all gold in colour and there's nothing wrong with the quality of any of them considering I ordered enough for 14 ear piercings and an extra few incase I lost any of them..im so so happy..don't believe everything you read in reviews

I order $80 worth of jewelry and wished I looked at reviews first. One of the stud earrings for my tragus would not come apart and they made me send them a video of me struggling to get it apart as proof. I also ordered the chic double circle ear jacket earrings and there’s no traction on the back earring for them to secure. Lost the back to one of them within 24 hours. My friend got these as well and hers keep coming off too. You have to put extra back on if you want to wear them. I have asked for a refund after they offered store credit or new earrings but I’m insisting on a refund now knowing what poor quality the products are. Hopefully they will give me my money back. I did get their knot bar stud earrings and those are cute. No issues with those which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of one. Pretty disappointed though.
I bought about AUD140$ of earrings cause I loved them all the first time I saw them (they seemed to be good price and good quality).
Note: It’s really important to watch the currency when you start the order, cause I thought I did but I had to pay extra charges to change from USD100 to AUD. And, as well you’ll see in your app of the bank that they come from SINGAPUR (that’s what scared me and why I came here to see the reviews)
But I didn’t read the reviews until after I did my payment, and after reading them all, I assumed my earrings would not arrive at all, and that I lost 140$. Wasn’t even bothered to call them or ask for a refund, I preffered to wait but with low expectancy.
For my surprise I recieved my packaging the 29th of december (they were supposed to arrive the 24th, so expect DELAYS), but opposite of all I read, I’m really happy with what I got.
Beautiful packaging (I’m gonna use the box as jewlery box) and exactly what I ordered, same earrings as in the pictures of the webpage and the most important, good quality.
I don’t know if I good reccomed it to other people because I really thought for a month that my earrings would not arrive at all. But if you have the money and want to give it a go, here’s one person that got what she ordered, so good luck🤗.
Got what I ordered but would not buy anything from this "company" again
Unlike almost everyone else that gave their review, I actually received my order fairly quickly, I like my huggie earrings and they don't seem as cheap as what other people seemed to have gotten (I got 2 pairs one year ago and they're still in good condition considering they were like $35/each. Although the post is starting to tarnish a little, the rest of the hoop still looks good), and I was not charged for customs (I got it shipped to Canada).
Although I am happy with what I got, I would never order from the website again after seeing the reviews. I was happy with my first order, but I am worried that I'll run into the same problems as everyone else if I order again and I'll end up wasting my money. All of their reviews are horrible, dating back last year when I even ordered my stuff. Like everyone else, I saw the reviews after I placed my order and I was so worried. The company overall just seems very sketchy. They advertise as an American / European company but their products come from Singapore. If you look at the company on Amazon, they advertise saying "handcrafted jewelry" which it most definitely is not. I didn't even realize they were charging USD until I saw my bank statement.
I don't know if they changed their website since, but back when I created an account on their website last year, they literally send you an email with your login details INCLUDING YOUR PASSWORD that you created in plain text. This means that they save the password that you create into their database in plain text and there is no privacy for whatever password you enter. This screams sketchy. Companies should never be sending the password that you created in plain text, even to you in an email. This means that the company can also see your password in plain text.
Furthermore, they are now selling "gold". Don't be fooled by this, as I highly doubt it is real gold and you are going to get scammed out of your money!!
Extremely unhappy! I purchased over $100 USD worth of earrings and they all arrived but they are too thick to fit into my earring holes which i have had for YEARS!!! If you are buying "Cartilage" earrings they should definitely be thinner. But unfortunately this is not the case and they do not fit. So I am stuck with earrings that i cannot wear.
I have been buying from them for a year now and truly love my experience, the website is engaging and very easy to use with many different pictures on each product. Despite the very long shipping I defiantly think it is worth the wait as the jewellery is always in such good quality and never discolours from long ware which I know many jewellery from cheap shops can. This is why I believe the price is perfect for what they offer. Will definitely continue to buy from here and continue to add to my collection
I did receive the earrings I ordered, but the pictures on their website are very misleading! These models must have the tiniest ears known to man! What I received looked like they would only fit on a baby's ears! The dangling hoops didn't even dangle because they were so small that they hugged my ears. It is a hit-or-miss kind of deal here.
Ordered four pairs of earrings, look ok so far but I’ll see what happens with wear over time. Most disappointing aspect was the additional customs charge of £20. Had no idea I would be charged extra and definitely wouldn’t have ordered from this company if I’d known. Wish I’d read the reviews on here first. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
I was super worried after ordering three dainty rings, then reading all of these reviews, and realized these were shipping directly from Singapore. BUT - they did actually arrive on time, and they look like the pictures. I'm not sure if the rings are truly gold plated, but so far they look okay. I'm sure they might lose their color or tarnish, but I just wanted to share that I at least got my purchase, I was scared I'd never get it, or that it would look NOTHING like the advertisements.
I placed my order in April and it took about 5 weeks to arrive, which is fairly reasonable considering the pandemic. The packaging was really cute and the jewelley itself is quite nice, and even if I DID expect better quality for the price I paid, the earrings came in perfect condition and they still feel pretty solid and durable. (I will say that most shops have a similar price range for this kind of dainty jewellery though). I've been wearing them for about 3 weeks now and they haven't broken or tarnished so far, HOWEVER I think it's unfair to advertise your shop as European but then ship your items from SINGAPORE... Overall I'm happy with my items but I wouldn't really buy from this company again.

I am beyond happy with my order, it is exactly what I wanted and I received my order in 4 days. I contacted the company because I thought I entered my shipping address wrong and they emailed back almost immediately.

I ordered the Little Ball Huggies Hoop earrings, and they're super cute and look as described. It took about a month to finally receive the order after purchasing because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but they sent me a DHL tracking link as soon as they shipped (just a couple days after purchase), so I could at least keep track. I didn't really mind the wait since I can't go out and show them off to people anyway! I was surprised reading some of the reviews here, so just wanted to add another perspective. I haven't ordered any other products from them besides the earrings, so I can't speak to the quality of anything else, but the earrings seem to be nice quality so far. I'm probably going to order another pair!
I ordered several pieces about 2 weeks ago and it has not yet left SINGAPORE (NOT the US, as they say in most of their advertising) according to the tracking #. I wanted to cancel my order, which I notified them of immediately after I pressed "buy" but they refused. They don't offer cancellations or returns on most items. Their customer service was was slow and at one point I received the same email after corresponding back and forth with them several times, so they are clearly not keeping track of customers. I have yet to see what the actual product is like but if it is like anything like the reviews here, I am not expecting much but will be stuck with it. Disappointed.

i ordered from j&co twice already and received my items in really good condition. My first item was the hugging hoop earrings and i wore it for a good few months showering with it and the item was still in brand new condition. Sadly i dropped it. My second purchase was a charm necklace and i already wore it a few times, seems to be a relatively good item too :)) I just purchased from them again and i hope to receive the item in good condition too !
I do agree that their jewelry is overpriced but most dainty, simple and minimalistic jewelry cost around the same price point if not more.
I forgot to mention that they gave me a 10% discount after my second purchase from them. I think most of the customers who had problems with j&co are not from singapore, i’m not sure why but my experience with j&co has been really good so far :)
I received the products in a timely manner with no extra charges, but the quality is poor, and doesn't match what is depicted on the site. The jewelry I received was definitely not gold plated or filled as they claim on the site. I would not waste my money on their products again.
