I worked with Kristy on several projects this year and I have been incredibly satisfied. She's very thorough in responding to my queries and went over and beyond the necessary customer service. She has a lot of product knowledge and connecting me with manufacturers was stellar, she worked hard to get me the best deals on the products I needed. Shipping was uneventful and everything arrived on time as promised. My merchandise was packaged very well and there was no damaged items received for which I was very grateful. I am a true perfectionist – sometimes even a real pain to work with 😅. If a detail is off by even a millimeter, I will notice it. Working with me requires strong nerves. You can't reach out to them
You can't reach out to them. They have a WhatsApp account, but it's just automated responses. I made an enquiry via email too, sent the photos, and wanted to get some information. Someone replied, but I don't think she understood what I wanted. It sounded like a template reply. It's been 24 hrs, just one email response and it was useless. How are you going to resolve your problems with a customer service like that? I'm sure they will contact me and try to do their best after seeing my one star review, but they should make a good customer service standard. Not after bad reviews.
