THEY HAVE CHARGED SHIPPING FEE, WHEN GOODS ARRIVED THE LOCAL AGENT THEY CHARGED SUPER HIGH CHARGES AGAIN AS THE SHIPPING WAS NOT PAID IN CHINA AS CHARGED BY JINQSOURCING. THEY ARE THE SCAMMERS AND WILL SCAM YOU WITH HIGH SHIPPING CHARGES. EVEN AFTER I RAISED THE CONCERN WITH JEYSON HE STOPPED ANSWERING THE EMAILS. STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAMMER!!

You raised two concerns: first, high product prices, poor quality, and expensive sample fees; second, high shipping costs and unpaid charges on our side. Regarding the first issue, your football orders (approx. 300 and 500 units) began in August 2023. The first batch did have about a 20% defect rate, and we compensated you for that. The second batch passed our 20% random inspection and fell within acceptable quality limits. Later, you reported a 60% defect rate. We asked for evidence so we could take responsibility, but unfortunately, no proof was provided, and we cannot process compensation without it. As for pricing, your 500-unit order was compared to quotes from suppliers at the Canton Fair based on a 5000-unit MOQ. Naturally, larger quantities result in lower unit prices. Additionally, the higher sampling cost was due to necessary mold-opening fees and plate-making fees of around $150, which are unavoidable costs in customized football production. Regarding the second issue, you also purchased replica caps and goggles. We clearly warned about the customs risk before shipping, but you chose to proceed. As expected, the caps were seized, and we fully covered the penalty without hesitation. The remaining goods were shipped CIF from Ningbo via the transit port of Colón to Curaçao. At Colón, customs pre-collected destination fees including import duties, freight, and handling charges (payment details: https://bit.ly/3E5K7Fh ). This is a common practice in international logistics. Under CIF terms, these fees are normally paid at the destination, but in cases involving a transit port, charges are often collected earlier. We believe this might have caused misunderstanding. We sincerely regret your experience was unsatisfactory, but we believe these clarifications help provide a fair and complete view. Despite some of the suspect good reviews, this is feedback on actual trading experience over the past 12 months. We clearly asked them to source a product, and everything was fine until it stopped working then they did not want to know. So beware, if it is low value and not to technical, they might be Ok if anything else you have been warned they are not good and will not help. They do not escalate or provide any senior feedback to resolve or take any responsibility typical Chinese lack of cooperation. I would not trade with them again. Still nothing, wrong product for the wrong country and simply does not work. no refund and an offer of a 10% discount which is very disappointing.
