I ordered a gown for my son’s wedding . When the dress arrived it was a similar dress, but not the dress I ordered. The fabric on the sleeves and back where completely different from the one on the website. The cut of the gown was not the same either. The bride specified no embellishments. The sleeves had black rhinestones. The dress arrived inside out ,thrown into a plastic bag and squished into a tiny cardboard box with no paperwork. It had been s traumatic experience. Too late to do anything before the wedding. .

Free custom sizing. My daughter is tall and slender. Making premade sizes too small or too big. Most times too short as well. Price was very reasonable, and shipping was fast even with custom sizing.

The 'try-on' program was easy to do. I ordered 6 dresses in different styles and colors. All were delivered promptly, gorgeous and very well made. It was easy to purchase and return the unwanted dresses. Just note, if your order arrives in multiple shipments as mine did, you must return the unwanted dresses in one package. JJs supplies the label and pays for return shipping. All instructions are online. I will definitely purchase again.

The dress arrived with a strong and unpleasant fabric smell, that did not disappear despite following several methods recommended by customer service. I eventually asked to return the completely unused dress, but was told it was final sale and was offered only a 10% refund of the price. I find this extremely disappointing, especially since I had already spent time (and money) trying to resolve the problem and the dress remains completely unworn. I was supposed to wear the dress as a maid of honour, and it costed me more than 150€. Therefore, it turned out to be a very expensive disappointment, since i eventually had to buy yet another dress for the occasion!! The requested information has been promptly shared, but i am still waiting for a feedback from the customer support team.

Please beware - we initiated the Try before you buy scheme and my daughter tried 6 dresses at home. She selected and paid for one. We repackaged the remaining dresses & returned them within the agreed time with the prepaid postage label (sent by JJs House). We kept the receipt from the Post office. HOWEVER, JJs house deducted €748 from my bank account due to the non returned dresses!!! They claim it’s our responsibility that they haven’t received the returned dresses even though we produced the proof of return with the Post office receipt! They did not pay for tracking or for parcel registration with their prepaid parcel label and because of this we cannot locate the parcel since we posted on 24th August! I will NOT be ordering from them again & advise other future purchasers to aware of possible deductions from their account. Thank you for responding to my review - please note we extended our time to return - by 3 days (email to prove this was agreed by JJ house) so we did not return the parcel late - it was still within the timeframe. Will still not order from your site again! However, I will say the dresses were of good quality & beautiful. JJ House pay extra for the return postage so parcel can be tracked even if the consumer has to pay a little extra to save such upset!

However, there isn't any updated return tracking information until September 14th. I have reached out to the company twice to request a return/refund and they have not responded. The color of the dress I ordered was supposed to be lilac. Its too light and has a hint of grey undertones. Not a great company.

I’ve ordered from many fashion websites, but this was by far the best. The dress I ordered for my grandsons wedding is beautiful. It’s very well made and exactly as the picture was shown on their website. It arrived within the delivery time given and was also well packaged. It wasn’t all screwed up as many items from other companies do arrive. I will definitely order from them again with confidence.
