Reviewers had a great experience with this company. People frequently mention that the frames are incredibly stylish, come in a massive variety, and offer outstanding quality for the price. Additionally, buyers are consistently impressed by the exceptionally helpful customer support team, who provide quick and effective solutions whenever assistance is needed. Some reviewers were not happy with extended shipping delays, noting that packages can take a very long time to arrive from overseas. A few people also experienced frustrating issues with missing deliveries or receiving incorrect item details that required extra effort to resolve properly in the end.

Jolly Nova professionals in action.

There was aconcern about the way I placed my order. There were two people who quickly reached out to help me resolve the issue. Both Daniel and Wang Mingszu were extremely helpful in getting this order corrected and on track for a timely delivery. Thank you Jolly Nova !!! I will continue to use your services. I'm a veteran that can get a pair of glasses each year. I like the Jolly Nova choices of frames better. See you next year.

I ordered for a second time.

I ordered for a second time. I love their frames. They are so sophisticated, with designers look for very decent price. Moreover, the business offers installing the Rx glasses. Yes, I am aware they made and shipped from China, but trust me, it is not TEMU quality. The customer service is very responsive and accommodating. I communicated with Daniel and he was wonderful.

I took a chance and I’m glad I did!!

I read the reviews, all of them the good and the bad!! After seeing mixed reviews, I was a little hesitant, but the price was so good I figured, what do I have to lose? I’m so glad I took the chance because these glasses are not only affordable and fashionable, they are great quality!! I find very little difference in these and the frames I get at Costco, LensCrafters and other eyeglass places, such as Warby Parker!! I don’t know what happened with those people who had a bad experience, but I did not!! I will definitely be using JollyNova again and again… And again!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. TOTAL SCAM!!! They missed their delivery promised date by over a month. Returned their $140 sunglasses as they were cheap crap and extremely poor quality. I returned the glasses per their return policy. They lied and fought my bank every step of the way. Thank God I saved the UPS receipt. I also took pictures of the goods in original packaging. A habit I have doing business with any company Chinese. It took 4 months for my bank to reverse the charge as they claimed they never received the glasses. Which forced my to open up a tracking verification at Ups. What a total time waster this company was. There is NO VALID customer service phone number. They also never replied to 4 separate emails to their customer service email. Buyer Beware! Bait and Switch!!! Go ANYWHERE but jollynova!!!

Team Jollynova is amazing!

Working with Daniel and the Team at Jollynova is a joy. The products are first class and exactly as advertised. The prescriptions are always on the money, the online ordering process is very simple and clear to use. And the customer service is the best. Response is always within 12 hours at the most depending on your location and time of day. A great company to work with for your prescription glasses.

Progressive eyeglass collector is pleased

I have over 30 pairs of glasses from all over the globe. I have made two purchases of two pairs each time from Jollynova. The pricing is competitive and I am very pleased with my purchase. The glasses look terrific and were made correctly (I wear strong progressives). I've read reviews complaining of the size of the glasses or how they fit them personally which is not a vendor problem. If you are going to order online, you need to know what size of lenses look good on you. I prefer smaller lenses and Jollynova had plenty to choose from. I will continue to add to my collection from Jollynova.
