I ordered the glasses with top half of lens clear and bottom 1/3 with magnification for reading.....they came and the entire lens was magnified so much that I cannot see anything out of them. I have emailed them twice with no response whatsoever. When I reviewed their return/exchange policy I realized I was NEVER going to get the right pair of glasses, nor get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...SUCH A SCAM
If zero was a choice that would be mine Do not Waste your money. They would not give me a refund. They offered me 30% off. Or i would have to pay for my own shipping back for a refund. DO NOT BUY Do Not Buy from these scammers
They sent me just frames when I ordered, and paid for, reading glasses at 1.5x. There are no notes or documentation in box and I haven’t heard back from customer service yet.
I ordered the most interesting and unique glasses through Jolllynova. They looked wonderful on me, but the shape of the lens was not a good one for my unique progressive lens prescription. Jollynova cheerfully agreed to accept the glasses back and said they processed a refund. Unexpectedly wonderful customer service, although as of this writing, that refund is no where in sight. I will update when/if it actually comes through.
Somehow, my prescription did not get put in the three glasses I ordered. I have tried and tried to contact them to return them, and NO PREVAIL. No address is given to me and when delivered there was no address nor any instructions to return items if necessary.
Ordered glasses on 12/4/24. Reported to have arrived at their partners' hub on 12/27/24. Been there ever since with no movement. Customer service and response is pathetic. Would have given zero stars, but wanted to provide feedback so others will not get scammed from this Hong Kong based scam organization. Payment took seconds, delivery may not happen. "Effortless" is what one of their adds proclaims, but my experience from them has been Less Effort in customer contact. It is a good scam, however, if they can coax enough westerners like myself to bite, then there is no need for repeat business or word of mouth about a good experience with them.

While slow, the glasses did turn up, were exactly what I ordered. I had read a number of bad reviews so was worried, but it was just fine.
Absolute terrible experience. I received my new progressive lense glasses after waiting for what believed to be too long. When it tried them on I was excited because the frames were great. The lenses are awful. They’re basically unusable. I reached out to customer service but they basically told me I’m out of luck. Lesson learned I guess. It’s too bad because their frames are great. I would’ve ordered several more pair if they’d stood behind their product.
I saw an ad for progressive glasses on Instagram and bought them for $36. I received a very cheap and only came as near-sighted glasses.

Beautiful watch, but very cheaply made. The band broke within a week of use. Also the band was too large. Even after asking 5 jewelry stores, none knew how to take a link out.
-10 stars! They sent me a junk counterfeit pair of sunglasses which had nothing to do with what I ordered, and then they only wanted to refund 10%. Scam alert! When I insisted that I wanted the product I paid for they said they did not have it. They also insisted that I must pay to ship back their junk product to China. Stay away from company.
scam website. will send you products that are much lower quality than advertised and shown in photos, are often damaged, and then suppress negative reviews. if they were more transparent it honestly wouldn't be the end of the world, they do send you something that's mostly like what you ordered, but it's dissimilar in enough ways to not be an accident, especially combined with the other two problems I listed. the scam is to advertise something very high quality, with demonstrable lies and fake pictures, then send you something of extremely low quality. to make it even more abundantly obvious, after i bought a watch from them, their starry sky watch, i did some research and I saw watches with slight variations but the same basic structure sold on a ton of different sites under a ton of different names, with some prices more trumped up than others. clearly they've got some sort of factory for their stuff where they churn these out.
