This company has no phone number and they don't answer emails.... At least not in any timely manner because I haven't heard back yet. Trying to return sunglasses that I don't like.

Terrible from day 1.
Terrible from day 1. Ordered a pair of sunglasses. 1 day later still no confirmation. Sent 4 emails over 3 days. No reply. Last email was to cancel order. Never heard 1 word. In the meantime started checking online which, I should have done in the beginning. China company with CA base in USA. No way to contact CA outlet except email which, they dont answer. Today after 3 weeks sunglasses arrived that I canceled 2 1/2 weeks ago. Do your due diligence before ordering.

I just bought glasses
I just bought glasses, got the wrong ones, tried to contact them to return, one email was answered 36 hours or so later, they asked me to upload a picture of the glasses, and after I did, they haven't responded since, been about a week, don't go near them.

Not easy to drill into there terms
Not easy to drill into there terms. Very lengthy and confusing. Be aware the glasses come from China and the return shipping is cost prohibitive. Can be more than the cost of the glasses. No free return shipping. The web site needs to acknowledge the product is coming from China.

Company finally offered to refund me 20%, IF I WOULD REMOVE my Trustpilot neg review. Now, week later Still No Glasses. 22 days for one pair of sunglasses. Go ANYWHERE but this company.

I'm shocked at how anyone can give a review with positive customer reviews. What site are you using to contact the company? While my CC has been charged, their website still doesn't show i placed an order. I've set 4 emails with no reply. ABSOLUTELY no customer service. Expect nothing less from a Chinese company.

Horrible product/company
Horrible product/company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I sent them my doctor's prescription and they showed me a picture of my prescription next to the machine that makes the glasses BUT THEY GLASSES DO NOT WORK. I cannot see out of them. They are belligerent and denying refund or wrongdoing.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. They had the right prescription but applied the wrong prescription on the glasses. When I wrote them, they were belligerent and not helpful. I went to my Optometrist who tested the glasses and confirmed they were wrong. I even offered to ship them back, I got replies like you have to prove it to us. Don't do business with these people. Horrible to customers

Been buying glass from Eyebuydirect for years and thought I tried Jollynova since the pictures of eyeglass looks “cool”. I will be going back to Eyebuydirect. Quality is not as good with jollynova. My progressive line is very low making me having to tilt my head up a bit to see close up. Also, final price is more expensive. Paid over $200 where most from the competitor is around $150. This included progressive bi-focal and transition lenses.
I ordered $165 worth of glasses
I ordered $165 worth of glasses. Delivery took over 4 weeks but when i got them they were the wrong prescription. I reached out to them and they said they would not provide an exchange or refund. I looked into their reviews only afterwards and should have done my homework. They are a fraud and it would shock me if the couple of positive reviews on line were from them. DONT BUY YOU ARE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY!!! I wished i looked into them prior to ordering.

I've got my glasses today. I'm so disappointed! The description is completely off, pictures are completely off. They are very uncomfortrtable and ugly looking. And for sure are not multifocal as they clamed to be on they advertising. Waist of money!
Horrible company.
First I ordered a pair of adult eye glass frames and they sent me a size for a very small child. When I sent them back they said they never got the frames sent back. I took a picture of my receipt and the man at the post office who sent them back. I have waited over a month and I still have not received my refund. Horrible company don't bother buying from them!
Prescription was inaccurate
Ordered a pair of glasses and recieved them quickly (they ship from china)I tried them on and the prescription was way off on one eye like completely off. I got my prescription from eyeglass world. Ordered from other online glasses sites before never an issue. Contacted them and was offered a 30% off to compensate. They said they cant refund because it was not a quality issue. Just be careful with these overseas outlets as the equipment may not be up to par. Some sites offer a 100% refund if you do not like the product this one clearly does not offer any refund.
