Just wish they would keep sending me discounts that don’t work. If I’ve already used the discount code then stop sending them to me. Kinda pisses me off!!
Great eyeglasses!
The glasses I ordered were exactly as expected. Great fit and quality. Buying eyeglasses online can be tricky. I’d have given them 5-stars, but delivery took a long while. BUT their customer service was great and got back to me to rectify the situation. So I guess it was worth the wait.

The product is exactly as promised, the quality and workmanship appears to be superior. The only reasons for (4)four stars rather than (5)five is: The absence of a Customer Service Phone Contact number and an approximate delivery date due to their distance from the United States. Where the product will be made and sent from should be on their Web Site. The Website is well done outside of those things. Daniel, who responded to my emails was kind and courteous. I will purchase from this company again.

Nice Frames, Crappy Lens
I the past I have ordered glasses on line with Zenni and Eyebuydirect with no problems whatsoever. I ordered some progressive glasses through Jollynova and they are so badly done they are unwearable. The frame is nice but the quality of the lens is garbage. Lesson learned.
Wildly inaccurate delivery w/o refund
I ordered a pair of glasses from this company, but the package was delivered in a completely different county, evidenced by the tracking information. The customer service refuses to refund even though I never received the item. Steer clear.

Go Elsewhere
They offer nice looking glasses and a reasonable price, but the effort it takes to get a pair is not worth it. Little did I know I was ordering glasses from a factory in China which take three weeks to arrive (they still haven’t arrived). This is a lot of effort and cost just to try on a pair of glasses. Not to mention, their website doesn’t provide much in the way of photos, different angles or people trying on the glasses. If they had a virtual try-on method like most other brands I think they might survive, but given everything I stated I don’t believe this company will be around very long. Spend your money elsewhere. Oh, and customer service was a simple copy-and-paste email and never addressed my questions.
